Effortless Flowchart Design
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes I need to collaborate with a couple of colleagues on a complex flowchart, and having them right beside me working on the same chart, definitely boosts productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when some charts are so big, it takes a lot to render, but that might be just my PC…
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with several team members can sometimes get messy, especially when you're also responsible for reviewing and improving multiple documents, diagrams, and more. This is exactly where Lucid shines, making the collaboration smoother.
Lucid visual collaboration is based on curiosity.
What do you like best about the product?
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visuals Collaboration Suite offer templates and ideas. There are still many steps to fully understand the product. Will definitely need time and patience to understand all the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With certain personality types in my office, they are visual learners, so this product helps them understand in a much simpler and quicker way.

Pictures are worth 1000 words
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent visualization tool. At our company, I am able to design processes, present, and eliminate confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are clunky. Recommend more freedom to move things around vs automatically assuming where lines go without the ability to change them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org charts and process design in addition to RACI
Decent tool for a first time user.
What do you like best about the product?
There were a lot of options, and Lucid makes it pretty easy to get started with all of their template options. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple to edit the shapes, colors, and connections to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it was pretty easy to get started, it wasn't the most user friendly for a beginner. It took me a while to figure out how to navigate the page without zooming in and out. I also couldn't really figure out binning or grouping parts of the page. I also wish there was a way to easily change all of the figures on the page (change all arrows to 2x, for example). Figuring out how to create a rule was also not very intuitive, although I love the idea of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helped me to organize processes in a way that is easily shareable and editable. This was a great help in identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Targeting these areas for improvement helps to maximize the efficiency of the business.
Decent tool for team diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop interface is mostly intuitive, and there are plenty of templates to get started quickly. Real-time collaboration works fine for small teams - I could see changes made by coworkers almost instantly. It integrates well with other products like Google Drive and Slack, which was handy for our remote setup. The presentation mode was surprisingly useful during meetups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shape search often pulls up unrelated icons, making it slower to build specific workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our team visualize workflows and system designs that are hard to explain over chat or email. We use it to map out user journeys, and org charts. It makes remote collaboration a bit easier since we can all edit and comment in one shared space instead of emailing PDFs back and forth.
Lucidchart Review

Lucidchart is a nice system to use for org chart set up and is easy to use for endusers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are manual like having to upload pictures each time for each org chart page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with org planning and providing organizational chart updates to the HR and admin teams.
ease, collaborative and interactive

Its intuitive interface for creating a wide variety of diagrams, real-time collaboration capabilities, and extensive template library, making it easy to visualize complex ideas and work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a concern for some, especially for smaller teams or individual users needing advanced features. Occasionally, performance can be an issue with extremely large or complex diagrams.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite tackles the challenge of making complex ideas, processes, and systems easy to visualize and collaboratively develop. This benefits users by providing enhanced clarity, fostering better team alignment, and increasing overall efficiency in planning and execution.
Good, but hesitant to adop
What do you like best about the product?
It allows structured planning without forcing too much restrictions. Also allows for deliberate, real-time collaboration as opposed to other platforms. We liked that there were a large array of featurees, but teammates were still able to get core work done. Some employees found it really enjoyable and easy to use; others struggled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for low-tech employees, as well as beginners, leading to stressful implementation. Performance can lag with larger files and projects as well, leading to frequent delays.. Wish it came with more intuitive ways to provision access control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-functional alignment, remote collaboration, and siloed thinking.
Highly Functional Tool for Visual Collaboraiton
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a one-stop-shop for all things collaboration. From conducting workshops, building process flows, to visualizing technical architecture, Lucid is my primary tool of choice. Having used it in various employment positions, I've gotten visibility into Lucid's technical variety. With that experience and exposure, I can undoubtedly say Lucid is the premier tool for visualization. I, most notably, appreciate its intuitive UX design, the ease of navigating with the back-click, and the boundless elements offered (e.g., shapes, tables, arrows, text). These are all qualities of a software platform that are important to my day-to-day work that would not be made possible without the expansiveness and quality of Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers so much variety and technical capabilities, it can, at times, be difficult to find the element you may be seeking. I have found myself navigating various menus or toolbars just to land on the rectangular box I had in mind. I believe that while variety is a key feature of Lucid, perhaps better organization of its elements could better serve its users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find myself proposing new ideas or organizing complex concepts for a large team in my organization. I rely heavily on Lucid to make such ideas and concepts easy to digest. Stated differently, the visuals I create on Lucid are the gateway to getting other team members onboard with my ideas. Without Lucid, I would rely on words or texts on a slide only, which I find are less effective means of communication.
