Excellent Visual Collaboration Tool for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has been a game-changer for visualizing complex workflows, systems architecture, and process diagrams. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to build flowcharts, mind maps, ERDs, and more—even for non-designers.
What I appreciate most is the real-time collaboration feature, which allows our distributed team to work together seamlessly on the same document. The integration with Google Drive, Jira, and Confluence has made our documentation and brainstorming processes much more efficient.
Templates are abundant and customization options are flexible, which saves a lot of time. The learning curve is minimal, and the performance is consistently smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, finding specific shapes or templates takes longer than expected due to limited search filtering. Also, offline access would be a helpful feature for times when internet connectivity is unreliable.
That said, these are relatively minor issues, and the overall functionality and user experience are still top-notch.

Being able to co-edit diagrams, leave comments, and integrate with tools like Google Drive, Jira, and Confluence has greatly improved team productivity and reduced miscommunication
I'm creating an ERD for my database and the process was smooth and user friendly.

User friendly and it already has videos available for the first time users

I had no where else to go to for creating diagrams. Lucid is my only solution and i like it a lot

easy to use with collaboration & few features that I needs are already exists and no need to do extra effort to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
mouse event action needs time to get used to. Want to scroll down but it enlarges the contents. However, using with trackpad removes the issue.

It is very easy to use and it helps you to see your exact steps to complete you feature in the best way possible. It is very quick to learn the way it works and how to reach max productivity within a short period of time.
It is easy to share between people in team and everyone can contribute to the chart and change it or add comments. It makes collobarative work in team much easier.

Its easy to use and find everything, i like the large array or usable shapes and visuals, as well as already existing templates i can start my work on.

Using LLM tools for visualizing typically outputs mermaid diagrams as code, which i cannot easy paste back into lucid for more detailed analysis.
