Simple, direct, and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of input options that can be further stylized to fit whatever information I'm trying to display. Work flow is simple and quick to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some lack of labels until hovering over buttons display their tooltips
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a visual learner, Lucid helps me capture my ideas and notes in an easily shareable environment. It also helps that I can edit anything whenever the need arises, unlike when I take notes with pen and paper.
Good product, room for improvement

I really like the ability to collaborate on dashboards

The UI is a little bit convoluted for me, I would like more intuitive UI similar to draw.io

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use. I've been using Lucidchar for the last three weeks almost everyday and I can say that there is a very small learning curve, since the first days I could create my diagrams without issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to select small items.. It usually pick the larger item next to the small one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me to draw my components and make a clear understand of each of my components and its integrations. Also it helps a lot when we need share the knowledge with my peers / Managers / costumers, since it is pretty visual
Lucid makes it easy to forget about Excel

Lucid is pretty self explanatory for a first time user.

The ability to create customizations is tricky.

I currently use Lucid to build out flow charts

What i personally noticed is that when you use track pad on your laptop is becomes difficult to drag it to left and right without clicking the track pad, other softwares like design IO gives simple drag experience

It gives us overall customer journey experience from end to end. Easy flow diagram can be created on it.
A straight-forward process flow system
What do you like best about the product?
As far as working through flow charts, there's nothing I've ever used that touches the simplicity of Lucid Chart. The UI is fantastic, the feature set is robust, and it's remarkably easy to add users for collaborative access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Putting an element count limit behind a paywall makes it difficult for paid users/organizations to bring in collaboration from someone outside of the organization. It makes it hard to suggest to any organization that intends to collaborate with third parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is the solving the problem of working on collaborative flow charts between individuals from separate, partnered companies.

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly and easy to onboard. All the tools were super helpful in a team settings and it was easily integrated with the teams workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that comes to mind as of now.

Creating a workflow for the features I was building.

Has been around for quite some time, so is familiar to many already. For many is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some friendlier ways to get things done. Would like better checkpointing, maybe code based diagram [ check it into git ]

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Pre-existing or Out of Box templates provide a decent starting point after which I am creating my own duplicates.
2.Lets me create my own custom templates which I can use off the bat - I mostly use this while wireframing.
Prior to Lucidcharts, I was using google slides to wireframe and briefly I used draw.io, excalidraw, gslides was difficult to use, very tedious and excalidraw was simple but lacked collaborative functionalities.

Great Process Mapping Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite is a fantastic tool to bring processes to life in order to streamline and improve experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any negatives so far - and I have used it whilst working for my last two companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often it can be difficult to articulate onto paper a process when looking to make improvements. Where previously I would have used a wipeboard or large sheets of paper and sticky notes to map out a current process (either in silo or as part of a team), Lucid enables me to map a process on screen from day one - and allow for straighforward adjustments by my team and myself to drive improvements.
