Forward-Thinking Features and Exceptional Value for Admins
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin i love the forward thinking of the Lucid team and how they are generous with features and make it very easy for us to do our job

I dont have any issues with the product. I am a big advocate for it and believe it brings great value to our org

Charting mostly. Trying to incorporate whiteboarding more since the suite came in.
Great for Collaboration, But Some Components Hard to Find

Easy to use in various context specially to collaborate with my colleagues on flow charts & solution design preparation

Some component aren't necessarily easy to find when you are trying to create a complete new diagram

Effortless Org Chart Creation with Lucid – Fast, Feature-Rich, and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I tried a lot of different platforms to build our non-profits organizational chart, and Lucid's was the only program that had the features I needed and that was easy to use. It took me a fraction of the time to sign up, set up, and to use their tool compared to other platforms. I was done with my chart in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it enough to find anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our small nonprofit had struggled for years to create a visual representation of our organization that was easy to edit as we evolved. We tried a couple of other programs to build out an organizational chart that made sense, but everything else was too hard to use and too hard to edit. Lucid was fast, easy, efficient, and it solved our problem by having easy-to-use features and very intuitive org chart building tools.
Great Templates and Suggestions, Minor Performance Issues for Larger Teams

Ready to use template and auto suggestion is the best features

There is some performance issue but usually that not the case for smaller team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration tool in addition to the existing chart function, does help team to do suggest modification give an edge over maintaining a sheet outside of flow chart tool.
Extremely handy with great toolbars and good block alignments to achieve flowcharts quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I quickly choose a shape, choose colors, add connecting lines and text and that is it. It is very user-friendly to do all kinds of diagrams. Still the best part is the grid that allows for my flowchart creations to be symmetric and neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very easy to use with a very simple interface to make all types of diagrams. I have never had any problem using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used it to create quick diagrams which needed to go into reports or presentations outlining the sequence of learning activities and illustrating where skill gaps exist.

Collaboration & visual representation of the ideas across parties which helps to align multiple stakeholders.
Intuitive Side Menu and Fast Canvas Make Diagramming so Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
A very straightforward side menu that provides all the necessary elements to compose diagrams and the canvas is a nice feature as well that helps me duplicate shapes and objects in a flash.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many options and ways of making diagrams that I do not see any inconvenience, it is so great for diagramming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for illustrating workflows, IT infrastructure, and server architecture. The diagrams are very good for displaying placement of devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and their interconnections.
Best to get creative diagrams output very accurately
What do you like best about the product?
With Lucid everything comes easier, the diagram creation is fast, the formation of desired shapes and charts is very user-friendly, and the options to change colors also made me prefer Lucid over other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any feature that I dislike even though you need to very accurate when you are selecting multiple text boxes or highlighting items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now creating diagrams with Lucid has made it quicker to create a visual summary of a published article’s key findings and map out the logical structure of the content.
Excellent for higher quality flowcharts with easy to reorder icons
What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform to work wonderfully in order to create very custom flow charts with all the icons required available, very effective snapping, and the ability to adjust line styles and thickness to achieve quality diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing this platform falls short of, I haven’t used other similar tools since I’m stuck with this for reliability and simplicity.

I am able to usually make great diagrams and flow charts to explain project processes and visualize how our community support services interact, overlap, and combine.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for drawing architecture diagrams for the past three years, and I absolutely appreciate its ease of use. The initial setup was smooth, allowing my team to onboard very easily, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly interface. One of the standout features is its collaborative capabilities, as it allows multiple people to work on the same chart simultaneously, offering real-time updates and making teamwork seamless and efficient. This significantly improves our workflow and coordination, especially when creating and sharing architecture diagrams for development work peer reviews. Furthermore, the role-based access management adds an extra layer of efficiency and security. The integrations within the Suite are quite extensive, which is vital for our microservices architecture decisions. It has made it significantly easier for us to align on architecture decisions through its comprehensive toolset. I also derive great reassurance from its enterprise compliance and the security of my data. Overall, the product's ability to facilitate real-time collaboration, its robust security features, and its supportive integration capabilities make it a core part of our development process.
