What do you like best about the product?
It is mostly helpful to create UI//ML diagrams and also to create erd diagram using crows foot.It is easy to implement and have a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now nothing,it is completely helpful.

When discussing complex ideas or processes, words alone may not be sufficient to communicate all the necessary details. Lucidchart, for example, allows teams to visually map out processes, workflows, diagrams, and more.

Fast, stable, and user-friendly to work with existing shapes for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Because it is so easy and fast to use there is no barrier to quickly putting a diagram in my document. I can create the boxes, drag lines and make connections with them reconfiguring since the tool is very stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s comfortable to draw diagrams with this tool, it’s easy to understand and use, I really have no dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting together unique flowcharts and diagrams that featured heavily during our product production sequence line project conception phases.

It is still kind of laggy when multiple people use the same project

Great Collaboration and Integration, Needs Better Visualization in Lucidcharts
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the features it offers, especially the way it combines structured diagrams with a flexible brainstorming board. I really enjoy using it. The integration capabilities and real-time collaboration are also impressive, and it performs very well when several users are working at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I think what needs to be improved are the visualization features, especially in Lucidcharts

It's an excellent work acceleration platform and serves as an ideal solution for our technical and product teams to transform complex concepts into actionable plans. The platform functions smoothly, standardizes workflows, and provides exceptional value.

I can't say there's anything I actively dislike, but I do feel that the shape sizing and snapping features could be improved.

I use Lucid products for all of my diagrams and system designs its very convenient to share or copy them to the Docs

From my experience it lacks icons for some technologies, sometimes I have to search for it on my own

I do a lot of designs for our architecture, its very complex cross cloud solutions where I have to present it in a simple and understandable way. Its fast and easy sadly it doesn't have a syntax check so it makes it hard sometimes to see the misspells.

A little high the premium options, but they could improve, nothing serious really.

Useful for Classes but Needs Improvement in Template Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I find the setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite quite easy, which is particularly beneficial when starting out with a new tool and looking to integrate it into my classes efficiently. The platform’s interface did not pose any significant difficulties. I also really value the collaboration capabilities that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides. It allows students to collaborate with each other to a certain degree, which is an essential feature for educational environments and group work. Additionally, the brainstorming tool and the lean business model canvas are standout features for me, as they enhance my ability to conceptualize and organize ideas effectively in a teaching scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to locate the free resources within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Additionally, the number of templates available could be greater, as the current selection feels limited. I also wish the process of finding templates and sharing them was more straightforward.

I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows students to collaborate effectively and utilize brainstorming tools for class activities, though more templates would enhance the experience.

I like how it brings together teamwork into one project planner that helped me and my team create a work flow diagram for our project. The way everyone can work on it at the same time is also great for collaboration and editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is complicated, and may be harder for new users to become proficient at. When multiple members of my team were working on the lucid website, we experienced a couple slowdowns too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used for diagrams for planning a project, specifically Network Flow Diagrams that show a visual path for the critical milestones in the project.
Excellent Collaboration Tools, But Object Formatting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration features that allow multiple users to work in the same file at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object formatting can be difficult and time intensive. The UI for formatting objects is not always intuitive. The object lock feature lacks some functionality.

Describe complex business processes & logic in an easily digestible format - various types of diagrams.
