Versatile, Intuitive, and Collaborative Tool for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create an infinite canvas for sketching and visualizing team architecture, including back-end services and how front-end components interact with different services. The resources for collaboration are fantastic, and they help keep the team in sync regarding system layout and future architectural iterations. The user interface is intuitive, making the setup straightforward, especially since I was already familiar with it for architecture diagrams. The Suite simplifies modification of architecture, especially because it’s cloud-based, allowing easy sharing and collaboration with others. I find it great for visualizing complex systems and investigating complicated problems due to its excellent visualization tools. The toolset is diverse and versatile, offering a variety of choices, such as different colors and arrows which are very useful. The smoothness of the user interface and the ability to quickly modify or move things around is impressive. I am a huge fan of Lucidchart, loyal to their products, and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. The collaborative aspect is particularly noteworthy, as it promotes teamwork and provides a central reference point for the team. Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers an incredibly user-friendly experience with diverse functionality, making it indispensable for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI integration where it's able to help you sketch something out was a little bit stronger. Sometimes I have an idea in my head, but I just don't know how to make it look pretty. I think the Lucidchart AI help could do a better job doing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to easily modify and share architecture in the cloud, enabling team collaboration and visualizing complex systems effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Diagrams and flowcharts are incredibly easy to make with all of the included hotspots that exist on the shapes and being able to connect and label them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about this software as it is very easy to work and very good for quick diagram making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool I use to create flowcharts that illustrate the physical layout of electrical distribution on buildings and how it flows to branch circuits on each floor.
Powerful Diagramming with Endless Tools and Excellent Icon Library
What do you like best about the product?
It allows quick customizations in order to make diagrams, mockups, or flowcharts of my choice. It has all the symbols, shapes and automatic joints making it clear that diagrams are what this software was made to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is easy to use but there are so many tools it is easy to overlook what is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very essential in my use for visually planning multi-stage workflow of a video project to easily communicate the entire video production process. It’s the easiest way to get my diagrams done faster anytime.
Versatile Diagram Tool with Easy Shape Connecting, But Export Quality Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty versatile with lots of shapes to draw diagrams and I like that I can use it for more than class diagrams. It has an easy way of interconnecting icons and the capability to save the editable version of my diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exported resolution is not that great and sometimes it crops it at the exact edge where the last shape ends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to generate and edit geometric figures, graphs, and statistical charts to guide students on how to solve different equations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never faced bugs that lasted for more than 12 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automatically plan, track and manage projects with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Great product for visually displaying ideas
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very good at taking complex ideas and organizing them in a way that makes sense visually. What would take many PowerPoint slides to explain can now be displayed in one Lucid board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find the right shapes at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is solving the problem of making it easy to visually communicate complex ideas into one easy to read board.

- The magnetic points feature really doens't work well
- it's hard to import svg figures
- i don't think finished diagrams ever look that refined

collaboration on technical diagrams. It's helping in that I don't know of any better software that ahcieves this. But it's still not good.

The platform is generally described as very user-friendly with a clean interface and an intuitive drag-and-drop experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For very large, complex diagrams or densely populated whiteboards (in Lucidspark), some users report lag or slow response times.

Lucid provides intelligent diagramming (Lucidchart) and visual whiteboarding (Lucidspark) tools. These allow teams to visualize complex concepts—like system architecture, process flows, or project plans—making them immediately clearer and easier to digest than traditional documentation.

Easier to move shapes and objects around and to level

Arrows are hard to use and level. Hard to see if it's straight or not when you have a lot of shapes going on.

What do you like best about the product?
It is lightweight and offers all the tools I have needed for diagramming, showing various shapes I can use in an organized manner and convenient replication of repeated elements for faster diagramming.

I don’t have anything in particular to complain about this software.

The software is of great help for quick and simple easy drawings for maps, community networking and relationship flowcharts.
