Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is awesome. Great for collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a collaborative tool across several departments and we use it to brainstorm before transferring the data into our systems to implement. It is super easy to use and intuitive, and has worked great for remote planning and for sharing sprint information with remote members of the team including leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing pre-made templates took me about 2-4 minutes to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to brainstorm and develop strong ideas for our organization's strategies and goals. It's a great and nice tool to use when you want to quickly jot down some ideas or diagrams and share them.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the backbone of streamlining HR processes in my organization. The organizational charting feature is one of the things that I like most since it allows me to visualize company structure and plan for future growth. Employee engagement via virtual whiteboards help gather feedbacks from surveys that I create with Lucid to inform HR initiatives and boost satisfaction of employees in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since last year when I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never had glitches nor challenges customizing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing candidate pipelines and tracking the progress of applicants has been a core benefit of using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
Excellent and great tool for process mapping and data models.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been fun to me. It is very easy to use and it's suite of templates is broad and offers many options and even inspires thoughts of other usage. I like how it helps to simplify complex work with easy steps and what i like most about it is that all the possible shapes are available in the charts and anyone can use them as per their requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far all is well. I don't think there is anything that is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across the organization and it has made our work easier. I like that we can easily draw and map our processes so that they are clearly defined and clearly readable. It is easy and simple and it provides a more user friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since 2023 and I use it in two different roles (DoA and VP of Finance) but in the same department in my current organization. I create interactive financial models with Lucidchart which visualize forecasting scenarios prior to making business decisions. In addition, Lucid has improved financial transparency and enhanced stakeholders communication via customizable financial dashboards.

I face zero issues when utilizing Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and I use it on a daily basis.

I was introduced to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on February this year by my colleague. As a Manager in an Optical Boutique, Lucid VCS allows me to map patient journeys through real-time scheduling and post-care followups to optimize workflow and identify areas of improvement as well from feedback collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I have been with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for over a decade since it was smooth from implementation to usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the central hub for communication between optometrists, patients and management in my facility which improve patients experience.

I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for team collaboration on complex workflows. I appreciate its ability to be embedded in any knowledge base, which is a standout feature for me. The platform is also easy to use, making it accessible for everyone on my team. Additionally, the initial setup was great, and the account team was awesome and very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a vital program that is used in all business units in my food & beverages organization. I like that it offers virtual whiteboarding and intelligent diagramming tools separately in two applications (Chart & Spark).
What do you dislike about the product?
I only disliked that I could only edit three recent created spark boards and all the others were only view once when I was using the free tier, but I upgraded after few days to Team tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff scheduling is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid employee shifts management and real-time communication via Lucidspark.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool stands out for its simplicity, making it easy to create mind maps whenever needed. I also appreciate the ability to collaborate with others on the same file, which enhances teamwork and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't found any drawbacks yet. In my experience, this is a solid product for visualization.

The platform makes it easy to stay aligned and communicate effectively. I find it much simpler to share visuals instead of having to explain everything with words.
Effortless Access to AWS Icons Enhances Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that I can use the AWS icon directly from their library, without having to upload it myself or manage it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to get hands-on experience at first, but with time, you will become proficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly all my AWS architecture is been designed on Lucid and it has become easier to do collaborate between teams
Effortless Flowchart Creation with Lucid's Drag & Drop
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for a variety of purposes, like creating explainer YouTube videos, PowerPoint presentations, and Instagram explainer videos. The best feature is its price point, starting with a free plan, which is perfect for trying out without worry. It's great how it allows even beginners to build beautiful charts without having to write code, which was a challenge with other tools like PlantUML and Mermaid. These tools, which lacked drag and drop features and felt outdated, now seem cumbersome in comparison. With Lucid, creating beautiful and elegant charts and diagrams becomes way easier thanks to its drag and drop capability and user-friendly design. The initial setup was a breeze—just sign up and start using it. The suite is so fantastic that I'd rate it a 10 on the recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there's nothing much to dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as they are doing a great job improving the user experience. However, having more components specifically for cloud infrastructure design charts and diagrams would be a plus point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows drag and drop creation of charts and diagrams without coding, unlike PlantUML or Mermaid. It's beginner-friendly, easy to use, and has an appealing, modern UI.
