Good tool that I use daily
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Lucid. It is very straightforward to scratch something up and share with your team members to get opinions and discussion started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy and loads slowly when I just want to create a small diagram.
And for the big projects, I still lack some knowledge of all the features it provides. Not very easy to get to know all the existing features to speed up my work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucid mainly to design some system solutions and discuss it with my team members to iterate over it until I am satisfied with the final result
Helps in generating user journeys and flow diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
great templates for user journeys and flow diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid should have a free-tier board as well not just for viewing but also for limited drawing and editing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems it solves:
- Hassle in creating customer journeys - easily create customer journeys
- Building flows from scratch - templates guide even new users to make meaningful diagrams

Easy charts with Lucid charts
What do you like best about the product?
Real-Time Collaboration: Multiple people can work on the same document simultaneously with live updates, comments, and chat. This really helps teams stay aligned, especially when working remotely or across time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: It can get pricey, especially for larger teams or organizations that need access to premium features. The free or lower-tier plans can feel limiting in terms of collaboration or advanced functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of clarity in processes: Mapping workflows or strategies visually uncovers bottlenecks and aligns everyone on the same page.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the day-to-day whiteboarding tool for the distributed team
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides the basic whiteboarding capabilities for a distributed team to be able to collaborate together on process flows, quick whiteboarding and helping to draw things out while discussing across virtual meetings. The sharing capabilities to share with others in the organization and the single-sign on capabilities is great. This is a tool that is used at least on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality is basic as competitors provide more features and better visual appeal. This is improving since the time that I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite 2 years ago, but there is opportunity for improvement. The templates that are provided out-of-the-box are not visually appealing and it is hard to customize after you install them. Some of the features are klutzy and hard to use, such as not being able to tie shapes together so that they move as a unit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a visual way to gather information and have it shared and distributed across a distributed team.
Lucid experience
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use similar to every other diagramming tools with low latency and good collaborative features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load time can be a bit frustrating, also tier status can be a pain as a reviewer or just want to provide comments. Would prefer better export features but have multiple workaround to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall tech architectural diagrams
or brainstorm/collaborative white boarding session with peers to put ideas at one place vs a word doc.

Lucid Review
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has substantially improved both my productivity and collaborative capabilities. Its intuitive user interface enables the efficient creation of flowcharts, diagram illustrations, and the streamlined sharing of processes. The platform’s real-time update functionality is especially valuable, as it allows for seamless collaboration among multiple users.
I have used Lucidchart to create a wide variety of diagrams, including flowcharts, organizational charts, process flows, and others. It has proven to be an essential tool for both project planning and execution. I highly recommend Lucidchart to anyone seeking an effective solution for diagramming and collaborative work.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback, however, is that while Lucidchart offers a wide variety of templates, many of these templates are quite similar in nature. The distinctions between them are sometimes subtle, which may make it challenging for users to determine which template is most appropriate for their specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has significantly enhanced the efficiency of my daily work, owing to its intuitive user interface and comprehensive selection of pre-designed templates. As a result, I am able to dedicate considerably less time to formatting and creating diagrams, thereby streamlining my workflow.
Extremely useful tool to collaborate with a team on a big project
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to directly work on a project with another person and see their changes directly as they were making them. The canvas itself was a great tool to have to be able to rearrange and organize our work as needed to help with the flow of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the large amount of different tools and visuals on the screen it was sometimes easy to get lost in the work we had already done or to accidently move a large amount of things by accident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid gave us an all in one platform to be able to arrange our work in a way that was visually appealing without needing to flip between several different documents or services. This greatly allowed us to keep all of our work in the same place and when we did need to use external platforms it was easy to link them into the overall project to still be able to use lucid as our main visual whiteboard.
Decent platform for flowcharts and diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and collaborate with team members
What do you dislike about the product?
File organization is a bit wonky as is file sharing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily editable collaborative diagrams
Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a strong product suite that allows me to handle all of the different whiteboarding and charting methods I need to do internal process improvement. I can map out exactly how something flows through my org and then collaborate on a whiteboard to do affinity charts or visualize a common problem.
It was very easy to set up and the whole team was up and running in minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the iconography is confusing as a new user and it gets a little overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboarding is the biggest one but it also allows me to integrate with other pieces of software we use so it speeds up time downstream
