Powerful diagram tool for a longer time now
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of shapes and arrows to choose from to create a flow diagram and infinite icons to represent the thoughts and process mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that the tool is very complete but with lots of shortcuts to remember that take some time to get a hold of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is convenient for creating diagrams and mind maps for study which in my day to day tasks creates great value.

It has convenient built in images and symbols I can conveniently import to a diagram to visually represent processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using it without any problem and making required tasks with it more fluent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create my own shapes, templates, and process diagrams to save time in future projects.
The software has many features and it is easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to figure out the user interface and I felt comfortable right away. All the tools I needed for diagramming were visible to me right away and I was able to get right to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of things I don't need on the toolbar, so I just stick to what I know. I can use the other tools, I just need to know what they're there for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my need for creating diagrams which help to visualize my company's software models.

The best and the most amazing thing would be how easy it is to understand and manage accordingly

There are no particular downsides if you are well aware on how to use it

Great end product. Final designs look professional and all the collaboration tools are there

Even coming from other design software ( Figma), there is a learning curve. Blocks don’t quite move or transform the way you’d expect.

What do you like best about the product?
I simply and quickly use the drag and drop feature to create diagrams and I like the convenience in creating a flowchart by clicking to new quadrants.

When the diagrams are pasted in other platforms they may suffer some distortions.

Creation of any type of diagram, scheme, map, and other types of shapes useful in displaying architectural designs.

It is a very great block drawing tool with templates and dynamic gridlines for creating floor plans.

I consider that it is a very complete and easy to understand tool therefore nothing much to dislike.

Delivering diagrams that are exactly adapted to the project and its very reliable in making of working flow direction.

The collection of diagram functions and all kinds of flows are there, making it easy to create a wide variety of diagrams.

When making too many graphs some alignments need attention or they will lack accuracy.

Working with such a good software makes it simple to create HVAC diagrams to ensure that processes follow a standard routine and that there are no pauses in the processes.
Best longstanding diagrams tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use it to draw workflows and machinery diagrams, and so far, it is simple to use and has a lot of powerful flowchart features not seen elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is superb, I wish the animation feature of data presentation could be reviewed and improved upon.

We have created a variety of flowcharts that shines. It visualizes the ideas of the project and helps connect process flow equipments and events.
Simple to use design tool for beginners and experts.
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to use and had many useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really have anything I disliked about it. I just had to watch some videos on how to navigate it. Once I knew what I was doing it was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to lay out our diagram and design it the way we wanted it.
