Visual Collaboration That Brings Clarity and Flow to Projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that I can share my ideas visually. In my opinion, it has a greater impact than the lists I was used to. There's a logical flow and a clearer understanding of what needs to be done during my day, within my team, or even for a project (as I work in a construction company).
What do you dislike about the product?
I just started using the application and I don’t find any particular problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The logical sequence in carrying out my daily tasks; project tasks; sharing clear ideas with my team. Personally, I work best with visuals, so I greatly appreciate being able to organize things more effectively. Also the toolbar is very practical and easy to understand (not too overloaded and customizable).
Phenomenal, Intuitive AI That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
The AI is phenomenal - very intuitive and would help beginners get started without too much assistance needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that while the AI is still doing well at adjusting to a user's request, it's a bit slow and annoying at times for not working as smooth as other AIs like Claude or GPT or even Gemini. Minor tweaks would go a long way, as well as a backspace icon to redo some work or just move a simple step backwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping is the main one that we need it for. Any sort of diagramming or visualizations tied to BRDs
Easy-to-Use Flowcharts for Clear, Flexible Process Communication
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is how easy it makes it to communicate complex information in a way that's easy to understand. I primarily use it to create flowcharts, especially for processes like time off, internal procedures, or anything that requires decision making and processes. I use it quite often to create internal resources to reference later, for myself and for others at my company. The user interface is very easy to use, which makes it approachable even if you're not very technically inclined. I also love the built-in guidance and instructions if you don't know how to use a feature. There is also a lot of flexibility; you can start with a blank canvas, a template, or use AI to help map out where you want to take your design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced is that the AI-generated charts don't allow a lot of editing. I sometimes need to recreate parts manually in order to get it to truly reflect what I am wanting. Maybe it's user error, but I've yet to figure out why it won't let me change what it has generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated above, I use the flowcharts primarily to help with decision making processes and internal procedures. As an HR professional, there is a lot of compliance and technicalities that go into compliance, which can be messy and hard to understand when written out. A flowchart, mind map, and organization charts help a lot for those that are more visually inclined, such as myself. It reduces the number of questions asked, and eliminates mistakes when I'm not there to double check every decision made.
Responsive and Detailed Flowchart Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for turning my brainstormed text ideas or notes into meaningful flowcharts and process maps. It makes ideas and processes more understandable and makes my work faster and more engaging. I like the responsiveness of the software and appreciate that it does not miss the details. The initial setup was smooth.

I think if with AI, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can be trained on different contexts, then it will understand the input even better.

Good for WBS creation but overall clunky to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to create different charts, since it offers more customization than tools like Excel. I also liked having templates to choose from, which made it easier to get started and try different options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent too long trying to adjust boxes to fit them to my graph. Very frustrating to use and text sizes were getting messed up when I tried to add new boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to create a work breakdown structure for a project I was working on. It can be hard to find good software for creating one, so Lucid Charts was really useful.
Clean UI Makes Diagramming Easy to Start
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how clean the UI is, and how easy it is to get started with diagramming right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the line and text fields can feel a bit fiddly, but it’s still nowhere near as bad as Visio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visio’s inaccessibility makes documentation such a chore. In contrast, Lucidchart is so easy to use that it really takes the pain out of documenting.
Effortless Collaboration with Versatile Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to navigate with a good user interface, making it accessible for my everyday use. I like that it offers a multitude of features depending on what I need it for, which adds a lot of versatility. I also enjoy the variety of templates available, which helps me in preparing more efficiently for my sessions. The whiteboards feature allows me to show clients visual diagrams and work more collaboratively, which is a big plus in my practice. The initial setup was very easy, with quick registration, making it a smooth start with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing currently I do dislike about it.

Efficient Flowchart Tool with Great Resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it is a lot quicker than other sites, such as Canva, to create the flowchart I need. It also has a lot more elements and resources, which is great. There are so many different types of symbols and ways to make my flowchart. When I was making a flowchart, it needed to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible, and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allowed me to do this, which is something not available on Canva, especially if you don't have Canva Pro. I found the initial setup fairly easy, just had to make an account and the rest fell into place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really come across anything that wasn't good, I'd say it was all above adequate. Maybe some auto-generated templates if anyone gets stuck. I knew what I was doing, but if I was trying to create something that I hadn't had experience with before, then one that was already made that I could alter, like, a template, would be really good.

What do you like best about the product?
This AI tool is incredibly intuitive and has noticeably streamlined my workflow. Creating diagrams from text prompts is effortless, and the suggestions it offers are consistently spot on.

The pricing could be more affordable for individual users.

I really appreciate the real-time collaboration features, which make it simple to work with colleagues on projects. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and it’s easy to navigate even if you don’t have a lot of design experience.
