Effortless Team Collaboration, Intuitive Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for team collaboration and drawing charts and architecture diagrams. I find it easy to collaborate with team members, as I can easily share the link with my team and work on it together or use it to get feedback from managers. I really like that I don't need to learn the tool to draw charts like I would have to with other existing tools, and it's easy to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it easier to collaborate with my team and draw our thoughts into charts. I appreciate that I don't need to learn complex tools to draw diagrams, and I can easily share links for team collaboration and manager feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for work to collaborate virtually, often on process flows which helps in identifying areas for improvement. I appreciate the ability to clearly document process flows in a virtual-first company, allowing others to collaborate in real time. I like how I can collaborate virtually really effectively. Additionally, setting up a Zoom meeting is seamless, supporting smooth communication. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides better collaboration compared to Visio, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could improve on version control. Right now, as we edit or update in real time, going back to previous versions isn't very easy. A better version control solution would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to clearly document process flows, allowing for real-time collaboration in our virtual-first company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the attractive and easy UI of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Its ease of use and beautiful templates are great. I find it easily downloadable and displayed on Word documents. The initial setup was also very easy. It's the best from the start for me.

I wish it was easier to download and display diagrams on Word documents.

Intuitive Templates, Effortless Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make inheritance diagrams for my Java projects. I appreciate that it provides a lot of good tools and templates, which help me draw a good diagram quickly without having to start from scratch. If I do need to start from scratch, the tools offer plenty of resources, making the diagram drawing process easier. The initial setup was pretty easy for me, and I was able to find everything I needed without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a difficult time finishing shapes. Maybe if there was a search feature when searching the shapes, it would be easier. I couldn’t find some of the shapes I needed, like a diagram to find a box for an abstract class, so a search feature would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to start from scratch because of the templates, which help me draw quicker diagrams. If I start from scratch, the tools provide resources for easier diagram drawing.

The pricing structure can also feel costly for smaller teams that need access to advanced features, especially since some of those capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, the sheer number of tools and options can be overwhelming for new users, and it takes some time to get comfortable enough to use it efficiently.

For me, the main benefits are faster communication, fewer unnecessary meetings, quicker onboarding to projects, and clearer visibility into processes and priorities. I can go from brainstorming to planning to execution all within one platform, which boosts productivity and helps the team stay aligned throughout.

Really clean, easy to collab on. Plenty bases to choose from and very customizable.

Can be hard to manipulate the maps to move how you need them too. Can be expensive.

Everyone can view and work in real time. Allows ideas to be hashed out quickly and cleanly with many avenues being considered.

I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saved me a lot of time and is easy to use. I love that it allowed me to focus on the content of the charts rather than worrying about formatting, making everything much clearer and quicker. I also like the quick access to boxes and arrows, which means I don't need to come away from what I'm working on.

When you do not pay for the service, I do not think it should stop working midway through a project. It should be that you cannot create another one.
