Fun, interesting and easy way of working

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is how easy it is to use a Lucid. I was skeptical about the use case but once I started using it, it was very easy and I was able to express a lot of things visually which makes it easy for everyone to understand the process/concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid is fun! Can't think of any con right now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me transform word docs into visual process flows. Such flow charts helps me and my team to understand the process in a simpler way and conclude how things will look in real.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty intuitive to learn and has a simple UI, so there's no annoying learning curve -- easy to learn and implement! There are a variety of features, which is nice. I use it frequently for school projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of tedious to use, but I haven't found a better product. It's also a bit laggy when using collaboratively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though this isn't a main function, I've found it really useful for making seating maps and event layout charts for large events that my organization puts on! And it looks much more professional than drawing it.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration is my go-to tool for process diagraming, system design and collaborative ideation, with tons of templates which make it easier to start doing my work. I highly recommend it!

Lucid Review from Corporate User

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My main use for the Lucid platform was to draft up multiple floor plans. The platform was easy to understand and use, I appreciated that the layout was simple and similar to other visual platforms I've used before (Powerpoint/ Canva)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools were difficult to understand at first and still took a while to understand. In my case, I disliked how some of the walls were stuck to the corner of a previous wall I connected it to, having to move it around was difficult as I just wanted to move the singular wall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, pre set floor plan tools

I use it to create technical architecture diagrams

LucidChart makes diagrams and visual charting a breeze

  • March 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use, especially with the flow chart function. The shortcuts for each thing are intuitive as well. The user interface is also very user-friendly, and I rarely encounter any errors in the actual studio function which means I haven't needed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find myself coming back to use it often, and it ends up being a 'once in a blue moon' tool. I also haven't found any integration use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it as a way of visualizing the organization, as well as our tech stack.
