What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop functionality is the best and the free version provides good enough number of elements to create good workflows.

The UI can be better, I believe. However, it has improved quite a bit in last few years.

Earlier creating org charts diagrams etc took so much time using powerpoint that has improved quite a lot while using lucid chart.

the lucid charts is easy to use, and easy to collaborate with team members

it would be better to offer a free drawing board function

auto spacing doesn't work as well as it could. I understand lucid is a browser based product but that isn't an excuse

Lucid is helping us solve problems in a collaborative manner from the very beginning. This reduces cruft and overall effort required to develop new features and platforms and improves team coordination and, ultimately, morale.

Ease of sharing ideas, Ease in getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intuitive apple pencil pro support would be highly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to visualize data flow using lucid chart. This helps in two ways, 1. to document the already existing flows and share it with other and 2. to build and brainstorm new flows along with colleagues. Very useful for LLD and HLD.

Nothing much really since I have yet to be too familiar with it.

Makes it easier to see the flow and the code.
Overall, a decent diagram app but is lacking for independent contributors compared to competition.

One of the best advantages of Lucid is how powerful the shared live editing capabilities is.

Lack of desktop app support, requires internet access, web application performance issues.

Easy to use, multiple people can collaborate at the same time. It really helped us in moving fast in the high paced environment.

Sometimes, the linkage between the charts becomes cumbersome.
