It was wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
its ability to easily create, edit, and share diagrams, flowcharts, mind maps, and other visuals in real-time

its potential high cost for smaller teams or individuals, a somewhat limited free tier.

import of HTML data doesn't exist and hence can't be integrated with AI responses

It helps me create the various workflow diagrams that can be used to brief the leadership and improve on Operations.
Lucid is a great tool for creating business diagrams quick and easy spanning a variety of use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how there's easy templating in Lucid even for free use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I don't like yet, but maybe some built in shortcuts when creating diagrams could be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping users have a fast and easy tool to create business diagrams, for instance I created a sequence diagram for a piece of software I recently built for my company, and Lucid was by far the most helpful tool I used compared to the others out there.
Flowchart Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a designer, and flowcharts usually overwhelm me. But Lucidchart changed that. I was able to build a complex flowchart in no time. The templates gave me a great starting point, and the snapping tools kept everything organized. It's like they built it for people who aren't naturally visual, and I really appreciated that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only notable thing was that with so many features, the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, especially on smaller screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart provides tools to create clear, visual representations of complex information, like flowcharts, diagrams, and system designs. It's ease of use is really helpful in my course work
Relatively easy to use, good for visual learners or mapping out information in an uncontained way

I liked being able to use a variety of shapes and sizes

It was a little confusing at first on how to connect shapes together.

It helps me to make a large family tree that I typically can't view all of in one spot using other techonologies.

What do you like best about the product?
it’s very easy to find your way around without much help. there is also a very helpful option to export into pdf which makes it easier to share
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a bit confusing that the mouse’s scroll is used to zoom in and out rather than moving the map up or down

it is easy to create mind maps during my meeting in order to create more efficient processes

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuitive UI, that helps you to learn along the way while you master the tool.

Honestly, the brand colors can be better.

Great business solution
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is an effective tool for many business needs, especially sales and marketing type solutions. It offers many common tools over a a variety of brainstorming and process mapping solutions. It is easy to use and easy for a beginner to get started using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Lucid open this concept up for other types of root cause investigation tools such as a 5W2H diagram , affinity diagrams, etc. There is not much in the line of root cause that I have discovered. I would also like to see more in the line of Lean Six Sigma tools... but maybe these will be added in the next version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making mind mapping and brainstorming a more organized and effective tool for team application.
Lucid visual collaboration suite - best app in town
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that any idea, no matter what - can have a visual representation, and the way it can be shared across teams is amazing

I don't have something specific that i dislike in lucid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can drop any idea, object or item into the white board, come back later and arrange it in a logical flow, and have it shared with my team across the world
