Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite-Collaboration at it's peak
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid’s Visual Collaboration Suite is an excellent set of tools designed for teams that need to collaborate seamlessly, whether for brainstorming, process mapping, or project planning. It's pretty intuitive to use and implement your ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely complex diagrams can sometimes lag, especially in browser-based environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has helped me create workflows for complex backend architecture. It has a user-friendly Interface and offers real-time collaboration with teammates to boost productivity.
The vast collection of pre-built templates and AI-driven suggestions speed up workflow creation. It works well with Google Drive, Slack and Jira, making it easy to fit into existing workflows.

A great piece of software for managing projects and interacting with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Team members can work together in real time on a shared board that is simple to use and quick to set up with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Our weekly scrum meetings are conducted entirely on Lucidboard, which facilitates team alignment. On their own time, each person can contribute, and then we can all get together to go over and revise what has been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since you have to locate a template or create your own to work from, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can be a little challenging to set up at first. At first, the sheer number of options may be a little overwhelming, and some introductory training is required to fully comprehend all of the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to better set the sprint's next tasks or generate a brainstorm for review.

Potential uses are varied. Final interface appears attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive for first time user. Too much learning time required.

I was looking for a ready made template to update an organizational flowchart.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can embed it right into a Canvas page or assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have quite a few limitations, like number of stickies and I couldn't get images to copy into the board (but some of my students could).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To allow students to brainstorm together in a live setting, so that they can have real time collaboration and multiple methods of interaction
A Powerful and Affordable Brainstorming Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Chart, which has tremendously helped us to visualize workflows, content models, business value frameworks, etc swiftly with a bunch of out of the box templates, shapes and integrations. Tool is much affordable and comes with AI improving productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box templates are great, but templates for certain tasks like Content Modelling could be improved to make it more appealing and thoughtful comprising of different enterprise scenarios. We were able to leverage OOB template and customize to cover more detailed scenarios, but there are some opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to bring everyone on the same page pretty quickly by visualizing the solution, saving hours of manual effort if we had to skip this collaboration step with LucidChart

The ease of use helps save me time in my work day. I used to have to create org charts in Adobe or PowerPoint, and it was always a frustratingly tedious process.
Very simple to apply when making flow charts or block diagrams for my undergraduate degree

The simplicity of making block diagrams. The different options make it very easy to make a detailed but easy to interperet diagrams

When trying to put shapes into other shapes, it often will connect the two with an arrow and is annoying to resolve

Creating anything from a detailed block diagram to a simple process flow chart. As an engineering undergraduate student, this tool is super useful for various assignments and even internship diagrams

Th epossibility to easily use tools and a framework to display and create charts to show complex system structures and workflows. To show and share with the team.

The overload and to much emphasis on trying to force people to use a pay to use template and none suites your use case.

Show and visualiise complex maps that a none technical person might not be able to read or grasp without a map

What do you like best about the product?
The best i like in Lucid chart is accessible over internet and ease of use, could easily find and create network diagrams, share it with multiple persons in organization and outside of the organization as well, can map it with other Organization toll like it Glue you can access it easily, it has broad range of stencils and has very much better visualization, there is lots of type of diagram and charts with category so you dont have to purchase multiple softwares for same work for diffrent department, all department can collaborate and work on single project without having access issue. i use it everyday as my role includes it, becasue of easy to access can support customer without taking time, and having great suggation so you can impliment better chart and diagram, so as per ease of Implementation it is far better then microsoft.

I am using it from last 2 years and i did not unlike any of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is you dont have to share diagram or chat each and everyone in your organization, everyone allowed access can access data.

ease of use and the lean learning curve you need to master the basic functions that you usually need to be able to use the software/web app
What do you dislike about the product?
not a lot of people use it and there is some feature that are hidden behind paywall, company integration is hard and difficult to sell

ease of access to diagram tools and shapes, and simple control and editing suite within the free model
