Effortless Flowcharts, Quick Export
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating flowcharts related to work reports. It's really flexible, with a variety of ways to create flowcharts that are very helpful for explaining projects to managers and getting approval. The fast export speed is great, making it quick and easy to use, and it has many types of flowcharts. I also appreciate that it exports flowcharts without a background so that aesthetics aren’t affected. The export feature is varied, supporting formats that integrate well with tools like Google Slides, which avoids layout problems. The templates are also very helpful for starting with a good foundation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid AI, I haven't been able to make it work very well, it freezes a lot of times and the work it gives needs a lot of improvement in certain specific areas, everything else is good, just need to improve Lucid AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating flowcharts to explain projects step by step, making approval easier. It solves explanation issues by generating clear diagrams, exports quickly without affecting aesthetics, and offers flexible flowchart options that save time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and professional presentation that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers. The documents are easy to ingest, making setup for quick diagrams straightforward. This simplicity impresses c-suite audiences and ensures they can easily understand the diagrams. I've used it for board presentations and client meetings due to its capability to present details in a professional yet easy-to-understand manner. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of objects like color and font is harder than it needs to be, and the arrow prediction is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes it easy to present detailed, professional-looking diagrams and documents for board presentations and client meetings, impressing c-suite audiences.
Intuitive Flow Mapping with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the drag and drop features are and how it keeps up with what shapes and colors have been used, making it very easy to just put together a call flow from scratch. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and the tutorial at the beginning ran through the basics, which is typically all I need. Everything else made it super easy just to drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is anytime I'm zooming out because these are usually large diagrams that we're creating. A lot of the text gets really small, and it's hard to adjust the keys to be big enough to see what the representation is of each shape that goes through the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lets me take a written call flow plan and visualize it, making it easier to present to stakeholders and discuss improvements and upsells.
Intuitive Design and Effortless Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the starting templates in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite; they're beautifully done. I also think the UI is great because everything stays organized and looks nice. It's super easy to scale things up as you expand the process, and I find it easy to zoom in and out, which is very convenient. The initial setup was super easy too, which made getting started a breeze.

The product is awesome, I'd like it if the freemium version was a little more generous...

Unmatched Visual Collaboration and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like the templates in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite; they stand out to me. I also appreciate the editing capabilities where I can send a link to team members and they can edit or give feedback without needing an account. It's always online, and you don't have to worry about saving, as edits are saved instantly. The templates make it easier to get work started quickly instead of spending time creating one from scratch. Additionally, I enjoy that people don't have to sign in to view shared links, which is a feature I really like. The tool simplifies getting right to work as you can just sign in with a Google account, and you're ready to go. It works well regardless of the number of users, as I've used it in companies with both 50 and 2,000 people, and the collaboration has been just as good. I didn't notice any scaling issues; it always worked well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one area that could be improved is the kinds of edits you can make. Right now, it's mainly comments and that sort of thing. I wish there was an option to better visualize the feedback that someone has, and maybe also add statuses or create tasks for someone. The way tasks are created and shared with people could be improved. Those two items would be where I think there's room for improvement.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to put ideas into visual formats for shared understanding and easy online feedback. I appreciate the well-formatted templates and the online editing that doesn't require saving or account access, simplifying collaboration.
Freedom to Bring My Ideas to Life
What do you like best about the product?
Found it very useful having the freedom of the tools available to help bring my ideas to life. There is plenty of tools to use which makes it easier to illustrate my ideas. Also found the AI tool quite helpful at times when I was stuck for what I was looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes struggled to locate certain things in the toolbar so could maybe do with clearer labelling

It has helped bring areas of our business to life using accurate scales helping us plan better for the future
Intuitive Design, but AI Needs Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me communicate data structures with my team and stakeholders. The AI feature was quite good when starting off a chart, as long as the prompt was good, it provided a good starting point. I found it particularly useful that I could enter SQL when creating an ERD, and the AI feature was able to create all the boxes/entities for me. The initial setup was very easy, and the UI was quite simple, which I liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues when it came to styling and in the end I was just copying a style from one entity to another. I also found the AI feature not so good at modifying an existing chart and in some cases it just duplicated the chart.

What do you like best about the product?
I think mainly the ease of use of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite stands out to me. It's been quite intuitive and easy for me to use overall. I appreciate being able to create what I need easily and quickly, which is a key advantage. Getting started was extremely easy, with almost no learning curve required.

None so far, started for a few weeks and able to do everything I need.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for easy org chart creation, understanding customers better, and collaborating on complex diagrams. It's easier than PowerPoint for intricate designs.
Fantastic versatility and simplicity for creating highly effective, attention-grabbing diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lets me make pie charts and lengthy diagrams without having to switch to traditional office programs. It’s versatile and fairly powerful with lots of templates to get you started and plenty of import and export options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that this is a con but I would like them to continue to expand the objects and images area for workflow and flowcharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to work in a more seamless manner when it comes to creating workflow processes and collaboration. It helps create a workflow or chain of command for every project and mapping the organizational strategy by creating a visual work flow.
