Solidly user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and user friendliness. The front end and doc/folder management is quite userfriendly.

Unable to share lucid drawings as view only for people within my org if they do not have a Lucid license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much more user friendly than Visio. Satisfies my fastidiousness through the ergonomic snap and move options.
Simple and clear

Easy to use the tools to create simple visual charts and processes.

None that I can think of at this time - it is quite intuitive.

Transforming Teamwork: Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Unleashes Creativity and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The application looks informal in the first go. I was an user of Visio in the earlier organization and I joined my new organization a month back where Lucidchart and Lucidspark is used for visual collaboration. At the first glimpse, the UI look is so informal and yet it has all the features that Visio offered.
I was able to import visio file and edit it right away without any issues. I did not require any training and started using Lucidchart right away. I was able to share the flowchart with my team and create some tasks for them. The team started working on assigned tasks on the same flowchart diagram seamlessly without any issues.
Additionally commenting is a great feature that the team used so that the reviewer can take a look and respond to it. Our organization also uses slack for communication which I was able to integrate with Lucidchart and Lucidspark, thus helping me enhance productivity.
I use it for a couple of days every month while writing business requirement documents to depict the as is process flows and to be process flows of the customer, thus giving them a visual representation our understanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being a resident in India, the pricing is little higher and could be sensitive to buy for long term. However, if someone is looking for value, it is a great buy compared to microsoft visio.

By making data more accessible and saving time on manual tasks, Lucid enables teams to focus on higher-impact activities like problem-solving and creative brainstorming. This leads to increased productivity, better decision-making, and continuous innovation.
Good visualisations
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and offers good visualisations. Can be worked in the collaboration mode. The customer serivice is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools that offers visualiations. For me, a Cloud computing guy, something that offers monitoring, deployments along with nice visualisations would help. Perhaps its just my expectations (may be after using Cloudshot for a few days) ?! Cloudshoft offered me equal ease with lot of execution on the ground.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The diagrams works best and even in the collaboratino mode. Its easy to discuss and finalise the diagram in the same call.

Lucidchart let me collaborate with other people ,on my diagrams, flowcharts, process maps etc in real time.
The ability to do this , helps me complete diagramming tasks faster .
I also like the AI feature, because it has served as a base for whatever process diagram I intend to create. I simply instruct it by describing what I want to create , while I tweak , edit and modify the diagram or map it creates for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Lucidchart can support more symbols and template types. In comparison to my former software ( Edraw Max ), Lucidchart is not the best in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to create process diagram illustrations. Utilizing Lucidchart for the aforementioned purpose, has helped me better explain complex ideas to my team.
Looks great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using lucid to create architecture diagrams for my projects. It's easy to use offers a very eye pleasing way to visualize concepts and plans. Much more straight forward and nice/modern compared to other apps I tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it offered more icons of common platforms already loaded in that I can select. Instead of me having to upload an image.

It enables me to provide an easy way to visually consume the concepts/projects I am working on.
Great tool for architecting and documenting data products
What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of infinite board and availability of most common shapes and icons to draw the diagrams very quickly. It is very help for any types of diagrams, but I like it the most for end-to-end data product documentation, where all objects involved can be put togerher with all necessary hyperlinks attached in the right places. I even use project diagram day-to-day to speed up access to all different objects involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used it just for a month, so I covered only small fraction of available tools within Lucid charts. One thing I wish was there is the ability to add clickable hyperlink table name in ERD (for example, AWS S3 source for a given table). The work around is to use "Conver to embedded link" to get an Embedded Link Block in place, but this does not look nice.

It helps with data product solution design. It make sharing product design and documentation with teammates very efficient!
Lucid: An inept review
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Lucid for me, has been the ease of access and understanding. With this software, it's easy to get customer support, and features without limited access even if you have no idea what you're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is a bit distracting, as much as I do like Lucid sometimes it's a bit finnicky in the way it presents itself. Although keep in mind this is a minor discrepency.

Lucid helps users connect and create complex diagrams in a really easy way together.
Lucid is the best solution to provide dynamic diagrams and charts with the help of AI!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, one of the best things when using Lucid is knowing that AI is there to help you create charts by only providing general ideas about what you want. Also, Lucid provides really intuitive tools that make charting design a better experience overall. Finally, I would also mention that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a lot of tools that help implement various inputs like images and formulas with a lot of ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the fact that the AI agent is still not complete and still provides some really simple charts that sometimes do not meet the desired complexity. For example, I am a student that needs to rapidly create charts about programs and creating them as fast as I wanted wasn't possible - I still needed to provide certain input to the chart for it to be as I wanted it. It is important to mention that I don't use the application that much, so maybe some of my insights might be from ignorance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating fast and dynamic charts is much easier thanks to Lucid. I have to create a lot of diagrams for apps and Lucid has helped me automate such process with the usage of AI.
