Great charting program, no complaints
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed my time so far using the charting features, was very easy to use to build my little story. I could easily hop on every so often, work a little bit here or there, then continue on the app when I'm on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is very limiting, only allowing 60 shapes in my flowchart (including the arrows!?). While I do understand the service needs to be monetized somehow, I feel the restrictions of the free tier should be a little more relaxed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the program to help with creative writing, and found the structure of the charts to be phenomenal when working on a branching story.
Intuitive Diagramming Application
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very easy to use and intuitive. I was able to create detailed diagrams quickly and effectively for upper management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I really dislike about Lucid at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows us to create massive diagrams which aren't possible to create in other applications.
Great software for flow charting!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can spin up verbose flow charts quickly and easily.

I don't have anything that I can say I really dislike about it.

Collaborative flow charting and mindmapping.

It basically puts end to long slack threads and email threads for explaining the issues or fixes deployed to larger audience.

Great user experience, intuitive and easy to use, collaboration in real-time

Some of the functionality is a bit clunky when trying to access certain objects while making edits

Data mapping for specific projects, collaboration in real-time across multiple teams who normally work in silos, up-to-date status on projects

It have everything all in one place, each kind of charts, for any kind of topics is there, the most cool thing is the ai built in features

Limited for free accounts, but nothing other than this.

Building digrams for sdlc is great for a software engineer like me, and customer journey mapping is so incredible

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy and user friendly to use.

The zoom function can sometimes be unpredictable

Decent Free Web Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to use. I enjoy that I can adjust text easily on arrow lines placing them wherever I want. I do not use it often as I am only do preliminary UI flowchart work with it, so the free version works well for my situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I use the free version, you can only use so many icons before you need to upgrade which isn't fun once you reach the cap unexpectedly. The toolbar could use some more indicators as to what represents what, like line color and fill color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making UI/software diagram for prototyping, it's easy to use for initial groundwork
I opened the site and immediately started creating. It was fun and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can basically just get started and you're off and running. It was pretty easy to find everything I was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed a downside in the application I have been using it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to get the ideas I have out of my head in a more visual way than I could just writing a list, but more asthetically pleasing and easier to manipulate than if I tried to draw something.
