Easy collaborative tool for process mapping success!
What do you like best about the product?
For someone who has never used mapping tools, this software was easy to use with clear tools and guidance that was intuitive. I also liked that ability to share my maps with my colleagues and that we could then create one master map.
What do you dislike about the product?
Joining boxes with arrows was putzy but I believe this is due to my inexperience. Alignment of the map takes practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this software is solving is allowing us to visualize our work flow and where our painpoints exist. We also are able to see how each department is replicating work efforts or doing manual work that could be automated instead. The mapping tool is also going to be used as an onboarding SOP eventually as well.
Simple yet powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many tools similar to Lucid, yet none of them have such ease of use and feature full package. I'm using it daily for projects and planning meetings with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all tools the abundance of buttons is scary at first, but after clicking on stuff and trying the stuff out yourself it eases yourself into your daily work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like mentioned before it is assisting in visualizing some process maps that are needed to be visualized for the company to be super easy and quick to follow. Also it's a great tool for teambuildings/Team quarter planning activities
Best diagramming application in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to colaborate with others in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could buy one licensee at a time I area did being forced into bundles even at low quantities.

Documenting customer workflows to help us understand and validate they are accurate so we can develop software supporting the workflow.
It's a very useful tool

It's intuitive and easy to use, not hard to start using it

There are some parts of the templates that won't let be edited

It helps me visualize the steps of a process, it also allows me to work in a collaborative way with colleagues while working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
The best diagramming tool - I've used LucidChart throughout my career to create diagrams, lead brainstorms, and create visuals. Overall very intuitive to work on and collaborate. I feel like people can easily begin using LucidChart with little experience or knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to always load in specific shapes (such as BPMN 2.0). I think the platform could also benefit from an on-page knowledge base to explain diagramming conventions for people who are unfamiliar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart is an easy-to-use diagramming tool that helps me design better operational processes and communicate requirements to technical teams.
Great functionality across the lucid apps, but transitioning from Spark to Chart could be better

Both apps offer robust real-time collaboration features, allowing my teams to work together effectively regardless of their physical location.
What do you dislike about the product?
LucidSpark lacks some of the advanced diagramming features available in Lucidchart, making it less versatile for certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration across timezones allows all team members to contribute. The support for complex diagramming is really good and has plenty of cool fetures.
Very easy collaboration with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Lucid visual chart is that it becomes very easy to collaborate with my colleagues and draw the UML chart together
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get slow in Lucid. But not everytime.

So right now we all working in a new project related to UML and AWS.
Visually great for new users
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user I was impressed by the visual layout and the cool features allowing me to plan work for verticals I coordinate and share them accordingly. It was easy to work with and others also understood what I was trying to get at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. I am still a new user and maybe after a few months of regular usage , I can come up with meaningful suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating between verticals ( whiteboard) and overarching goals broken down into achievable short term goals ( mind maps).
My experience using lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that its very easy to use, i like the suggestions which are shown on hovering any item. Also i like the feature to add text on the connecting lines. It made it very easy for me to create flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the fact that, for others to view my work, they have to create an account on Lucid. There should not be any restrictions on viewing.

Its quick to start and has all basic and advance features handy, it helps me get going faster and easily,
