An extremely simple and intuitive UI that helps me brainstorm, visualise and iterate with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and simple functionality make this one of my most frequently used tools

Rapid diagramming for lots of different tasks that I need to achieve on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Lucidchart- Lucid's amazing visual creation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucidchart for my M.Engineering research work, and it was awesome. The web app is incredible, allowing me to create a detailed flowchart. An extraordinary collaborative environment make it more worthy. It allows team to work together and share their work. Altogether, Lucidchart app makes me more productive by saving my time and effort. I would highly recommend everyone to use LucidChart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart is a very useful application , but sometimes I get frustrated when scroll the line arrow it does not place in the right place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to import normal or arrow line or box separately as it has a prebuit designe with diagrams.
I use it everyday!

It's been helpful to help memorize my scripts and what to say.

If the zooming and scrolling was easier or if it didn't edit the file

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite assisted with my workflow, allowing a much more creative approach, with the ease of use and professional customer support , projects were easy of implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, i dislike how there are many features which adds added complexity for a new user, but once you get the hang of it, its very nice for preparing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped me solve complex business deal problems as it is easier to view information , and as its personally created, i know and understand quickly key metrics so i can make a solid conclusion from first sight on what to prioritise
Lucid has been a great tool for collaboration and community, especially a remote-first organization!

Lucid has been a great tool for collaboration in the most creative ways. Allows for great visuals and very easy to learn. Allows for creativity with team activities where we all bring in our talents as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few glitches with adding many layers and user collabing in one document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving some of the issues of diconnect when being in a remote first organization. Allows for creative ice breaker activities that allow us to get to know peers in a depper, more creative way.
Best Mind Mapping and Flowchart Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
An outstanding tool! Lucidchart is distinguished, has collaborative features and user-friendly design. I really like its adaptability, I use it a lot for process maps, flowcharts, step-by-step processing mapping and mind mapping because its easy to build anything. Good collection of templates and forms, real-time collaboration for team projects and there are cool integrations available. Thumbs up!!

Nothing yet, I have not really experienced any issues whatsoever.

We use it to streamline our processes and procedures in order to improve out Quality, customer satisfaction and profitability, and also to encourage Digital Adoption.
Easy and effective productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of building blocks to create comprehensive projects! Collaboration with team members is seamless and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish creating slides were quicker to achieve.

Helping me to quickly produce wireframes and develop client journeys for our project within tight deadlines required.
Easy to use interface for creating any kind of visual tool you need for business or personal tasks.

Ease of use and plenty of templates to choose from.

None that I can find so far. Everything works as described.

Our team benifits by using Lucid to plan our sprint workloads and for diagramming complex technical workflows.
Excellent tool for brainstorming and making visual aids
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to build maps of related things, brainstorming is so much easier than other tools. I use it almost daily to manage tasks, organize goals, and brainstorm with a remote team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a bit confused as to the differences between Lucid Spark and Chart, and I still haven't really figured out if I actually need both. Integrations for things like Asana is still not super clear to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is making it easy to brainstorm and collaborate with our team. Creating customer journey maps, whiteboarding and organizing tasks is so much easier with this tool.
Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this app is the ability to get everyone on the same page without needed to share additional notes. All notes care kept in one place and easily accessible by everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a dislike fot this product yet.

It is most used to store the company-wide flow chart that shows step-by-step who is responsible for which process.
