User-Friendly Collaboration with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very easy to use, especially since it is similar to Miro. I appreciate that I can perform the same functions in both tools. One helpful feature is that Lucid automatically adds my name to every sticky note I create, which helps me keep track of my ideas. However, it would be nice to have an option to turn that feature off in certain situations. In some meetings, it might be better for everyone's ideas to remain anonymous so that participants can focus on the ideas themselves rather than on who suggested them.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far! I need to spend more time figuring out how the zoom and pan features work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, it makes it easier for all stakeholders to collaborate irrespective of their location. Secondly, the collateral for collaboration is well organized and can be access easily from anywhere.
Charting with software since 1987, Light years ahead, and more impact than Visio!
What do you like best about the product?
Copying an entire flow to another tab, enables the ability to describe a life-cycle timespan on each. Applying color to objects makes it easier to visualize direct or indirect relationships when I am unable to avoid crossing flowlines. Sharing with one or more team members at different stages in the process is perfect for my style, the Review phase is limited to just a small team, and once approved, expanded to an entire project team. This is now a daily habit, I keep thinking of improvements and additional visualizations for my primary project. Lucid will be my go-to charting tool for the forseeable future. Implementation of the features is so easy, I am considering a personal subscription. I started Auto-Generating with AI, - AWESOME SAUCE!
What do you dislike about the product?
One very minor issue, I prefer to work with simple wire diagrams, prior to colorizing. I could not find a wire shape for a laptop or desktop. Very minor. I chose the Cisco laptop. No one notices, since I colorize the relationships to match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing for a major upgrade project with a minumum of 8 phases. I am rolling out more visualizations than what is expected, including drilldowns for integrated systems.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite - Easy stream-line efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I often use lucid chart as I am a visual learner, being able to map out my plans and projects and view them is extremely helpful to me. It is extremely easy to use on a basic level, I have also used lucid chart to design flowcharts to inform members of staff within my organisation the exact process they should be following.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the Ui can take some getting used to, a larger variety of shapes to use and a more indepth easily accessible tutorial would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualise the process of a job is beneficially both to me and my colleaugues and the clients we work with. With Lucid there is no confusion as to who is doing what and when.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really intuitive and easy to navigate, so it's accessible for users of all skill levels. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it super simple to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual representations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a concern for some users, especially small businesses or individual users. The pricing structure seems a bit steep compared to other similar tools on the market, especially for premium features and larger teams.

Lucid visual collaboration suit offers real-time collaboration features that let multiple users work on the same document at the same time. This helps bridge communication gaps, especially for remote or distributed teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in AI tools to generate diagrams based on prompts was very useful! I especially appreciate that it was so readily available that was definitely reassuring. Would definitely use it again!

My Experience with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
As a full-time student working with classmates to complete a project, the Collaboration Suite made it easy to connect and easily integrate and collaborate on a single diagram with multiple people on an ongoing project. The user interface was unintrusive and intuitive, and creating relationships and conditionals between different variables was easy. The built-in AI tools to generate diagrams based on prompts was also useful in providing a starting point to create our logistical visualization. We didn't need any technical support during our project, but the fact that it was so readily available was definitely reassuring. Would definitely use it again!

We didn't run into any serious issues while using Lucid to collaborate.

Lucid made it easy for multiple people to connect to a single diagram and easily collaborate, which greatly streamlined our group project's workflow.
Lucid for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the free version allows me to do a lot of what Microsoft Office charges me to do. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be more helpful to have in-depth documentation to let me know all the features available. I feel like I'm not using it the best way.

It's helping me create visuals to be placed in presentations.
Easy for planning and designing
What do you like best about the product?
I find the templates very easy to use, and you can adapt them easily.

Nothing in particular. I find it very cool!

Visual represenation of processes sometimes is difficult when planning a solution for our internal stakeholders. With Lucy there are a number of examples and templates we can use and make it easier for developers and users as they can agree on solutions faster and seamlessly.
