Great product for flow diagrams and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Lucid Visual is the user experience and user interface.
I was able to pick it up in minutes without much training. Everything from shapes to colors are all easily accessible, they are not hidden in layeres of folders or dropdowns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Text wrapping doesn't work the best on some of the flow chart shapes. It tends to stick out or oddly places if the title or name is too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucid Visual to solve a few tasks.
1. We are using it to document back dated process and dataflow
2. We are using it a wireframe current and future project scopes and visually share our throughts with stakeholders and other team members.

Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience it was easy to use, I like that I can share my projects with colleagues and that they can participate in my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are other very good and free team collaboration programs, maybe that is a point against.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming issues and/or new features, integrations and workflows.
Great Visualization of Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Really simple way to make process maps and also collaborate with teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can be hard to navigate around a Lucidspark board since they are so large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing a process and being able to collaborate with other teammates virtually.
Very well formatted and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Popplet for constructing flow charts but two key characteristics were missing that Lucid offered.
1. The ability to customize the chart (using different symbols and shapes)
2. The collaboration of the website.
I've switched companies and been told to use Lucid and it has been great so far. The use of arrows shapes and fonts plus the ease of use (+learning) was excellent. In additionn , coworkers were able to easily share folders of processes and I was able to do the same in order to collaborate and learn the business processes quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only element that I have found irritating is that I still use the mouse to try and move around (by holding down the left click and moving the mouse) mainly due to being able to do this in Popplet the old system I used, however, this doesn't work and I need to navigate by using the scroll bar on the side. I think it would be nice (maybe it's already an option I just haven't found it) if there was a mouse button which would just let you navigate by clicking and dragging in order for users who aren't intending on editing navigate around a Flow chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid to outline the processes a customer will go through and all the different options a customer might do, based on that customers level and characteristics, which sometimes is very comlicated due to the many options and different pathways. I use it and collaborate with my team members on a daily basis.
A great interface for system thinking and mapping complex processes.

I like its ease of use and fluidity. It's also great for collaborative work.

The browser version gets quite slow when a lot of elements are added.

Super easy to use and implement your design ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Lucidchart and haven't got a good chance to use Lucidspark. This was my first time building a complicated design. However, I easily got used to Lucidchart and its UI. There are hundreds of shapes and containers you can use from, they have a search option which can be utilized to find shapes and other things. They also have prebuilt design templates, these are very useful because you don't have to start from scratch. They also provide short descriptions on what does the shapes and other features mean. You can build any kind of complicated design using Lucid. I have used other similar products but didn't like them much because drawing boxes, lines and adding text were painful and not easy to use like Lucid. I also liked that it automatically saved my edits every time I made a change and can share/collaborate with others on my team.
All in all, it was super easy to use and I would definitely utilize it to build my future designs

What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription cost can be high compared to other products. The free version is restrictive and only allows a limited number of edits. Lower-tier plans restrict the number of collaborators. Everything is cloud based, so offline functionality is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucid to build a project design which is estimated to be of around 700 hours.
Easy ERD Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that I can easily customize the colors and shapes of different aspects of my ERD model and keep it looking cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to add labels to the relationships of an ERD model as a learning tool. Those crows feet tend to get a bit confusing when you first interact with them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that multiple users can contribute to creating and editing a model remotely has been really nice for my online courses. It gives me the opportunity to complete group projects in my online courses.
A Novice Lucid User with an Education Background
What do you like best about the product?
Colleagues can be working at the same time, it's user friendly, the images are easy to read and follow, there are a ton of options
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to learn and there isn't an AI feature yet that allows you to find quick solutions for what you are trying to make- that would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our team a way to brainstorm visually with quickly-created diagrams that everyone can contribute to. It also allows me to break down complex concepts and processes for our school clients to give them an easy-to-read and easy-to-follow road map when using different features of our program.
Network diagrams made easy
What do you like best about the product?
As a network engineer, creating network diagrams in Lucid is easier than before. Imports and exports from other software works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only had one issue with a PNG export so far but support was very quick to act upon a fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's simple to line up and create diagrams with connecting branches. Our imports from a 3rd party software work great so we can edit the network diagrams further.
Integration with other software
What do you like best about the product?
The way we create the diagrams and flow and Maps is really good. I'm new to the platform but I'm not faced any hardness on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to integration with PowerBI. To create Visual Stream Map I tried but I'm not able to do it. My suggestion is to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now, I'm not looking into it.
