Nothing Dislikes I have but, More graphics need to be integrated

It solved the business requirements and to understand the requiremnts easily
Innovative Visuals, But Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visuals and the feature that it can be a living document. We can work on the same document as a team, and it’s not static, so we can always improve it as we go. Plus, it’s accessible to all employees and new hires. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find difficulties in formatting and usage. It needs time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build journey and RACI charts for process understanding. It lets my team work on a living document together, constantly improving processes and ensuring accessibility for all, including new hires.
Endless Layout Options and Templates Make Design a Breeze

Lots of choice in layout, shapes and templates

It takes a bit of time to work out how to build a visual but after doing a few it gets easier

Feels a bit cluttered at times with al the different options. Should have an easy mode where you can just do a quick org chart and then edit it if wanted afterwards

You can use AI to generate diagrams pretty easily

You are limited to a certain number of things on a blank canvas before you need to pay to upgrade. It’s generous for a free trial but as a student i cant afford to upgrade

I dont have to hand draw diagrams, instead i can use the software. It is a bit overwhelming to try to use it myself as there are a lot of options but the AI is easy

What do you like best about the product?
I mingle with real-estate property buyers and sellers on a daily basis. That’s why I rely on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to seamlessly collaborate visually under one roof. With Lucidchart, I am able to track every property listing from “Just Listed” - “Under Contract” to “Closed” through Kanban view.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, mobile iOS apps usage restrictions when using individual tier was the only one flaw which I ever encountered and I don’t recently count it since I upgraded to team plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating property flyers and virtual tiers through diagrams and data tables has enabled me to reach a lot of prospects through Lucid.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across the whole organization and i like how it provides a standard way of visual communication between all teams. It's a solid solution for collaboration since you don't need to update your colleague diagram by creating a new file and creating a new file version, you both are in the same diagram and you, and all the team are free to update it at any time. It also helps us to brainstorm.

More emojis reactions and native emoji on macOS and iOS would be greatly appreciated.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an intuitive application that is super easy to use. The ability to allow editors or just view-only access is the key, which makes cross-functional teaming so easy. It's also so easy to create a custom color scheme so diagrams can easily be customized.

I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark on a daily basis in the Financial Services industry to streamline business processes.
Team collaboration on RFPs is one of the things that I like about Lucid VCS since it boost overall productivity. Through market intelligent boards, I am able to gather competitor data which help visualize our processes prior to making business decisions.

Unavailability of some features such as video conferencing and offline access tools is the only flaw, but I acquire them via third-party apps integrations.

Sales pipelines visualization is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which get enhanced by drag and drop deals onto funnel diagrams and flowcharts.

What stands out to me about the real-time collaboration in Lucidchart is the fact that multiple people can be in there at the same time.
Lucidchart has positively impacted our organization by improving our collaboration across the company.
Collaboration has improved in our organization, as decisions are made faster and there are fewer miscommunications with specific outcomes we've noticed.
What needs improvement?
I wish Lucidchart would add dark mode to improve the user experience.
For how long have I used the solution?
We've been using Lucidchart for about two years for collaboration amongst the team for future development. All of us are in there at the same time working out how the feature should work or how the flow should look, and then we'll write tasks.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Lucidchart is to collaborate. I would rate this product a 7.

I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in September 2023 from my previous organization as an ASE. Ever since I started using it, it has always been seamless to collaborate with my fellow Software Engineers on projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the entire duration that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never had any glitches nor challenges customizing the features.
