Intuitive and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to create a chart from the description using AI tool. Also very easy to embed into Guru page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the UI is slightly overwhelmed with tools for someone who log ins for the first tiem. Would be great to have an onboarding guide to go through all the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucid to draw flows and design ERDs.
Process Charts made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to produce process charts quickly and in a way that clearly shows flows in the way they were intended. I also like the Kanban which helps me stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit fiddly at first and it would be helpful to get guidance on the best type of product per use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to visualise things in a much easier way than using traditional tools like Powerpoint etc
A Great Chart Maker With Lot Of Features
What do you like best about the product?
Love this chart maker, have been using it during my university year.
Instead of making charts manually, by using lucidchart the charts are already there; the user can just choose and drag their intended chart easily.
Additionally, lines are also implemented automatically. All i need to do is just put the point as its starting point and its end point.
Another great feature is how you can collaborate with other people by just giving them link. It's making any task easy

Great tool with lots of flexibility for uses.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in its uses. Combining different types of data, whether it be diagrams, data tables, presentation style meetings. The ability to share and collaborate with other users as well as giving restricted access to view and the ease of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havevn't been able to maxmise its ability, seems like there is a lot of tools on there that I haven't even touched. Templates are useful to guide but access or more highlited access to quick guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combine multiple types of diagrams, text description, file links into once location for a single project, linking it all together.
Feedback on Creating Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to move boxes around when organizational details change.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to edit the employee data in the org chart, which is a frustrating experience

It's helping my company understand the POCs that we interact with on our customer accounts, which is incredibly helpful when we have to pull in crossfunctional support who may not know how we work with our stakeholders

While Lucidchart can be used offline, its full functionality is best experienced online. This can be a limitation for users who frequently work in areas with poor internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By mapping out current processes, teams can identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Powerful and Competent Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tooltips - when I am lost in a given area, the hints and guides make sure I can stay on track. And the UI is clean as a whistle, and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the table functions worked differently - I wanted to nest some cells and columns inside of another table and I ran into more challenges than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Lucid to map out internal processes and troubleshooting steps. The layout and customization allows us to make multiple charts and even help them be visually distinct from each other.

Extremely easy to draw and add pictures, quite the user friendly website

Drawing lines is challenging over the existing flow charts, you gotta move the box out before making any changes.

What do you like best about the product?
The things I love most is how seamless the user experience is and how everything is intuitive the first time around, which is important because I don't have time to learn another tool. It had all the features I needed (and more) to create detailed process diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides come to mind. It would be nice if there was a lower pricing tier for occassional users rather than just frequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been invaluable in helping me create diagrams for internal processes and flows that were necessary for proving a business case.
