Provides Accessibility and Fosters Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it allowed multiple users to collaborate and brainstorm in one spot. It also had a lot of cool features that allowed us to brainstorm and map out our ideas in an organized and visually appealing way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to join with an account and not paying for it gave me very limited amount of editing options which could make it uncomfortable to use for first=timers who are asked to work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, it has helped with providing a platform that multiple users can edit and share ideas on from different devices.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual collaboration is made much easier with multi-user editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions may not be immediately obvious on how to utilize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is fully remote, so the virtual whiteboarding allows us to feel like we are in the same room together.

Easy to use, straight forward. Ease of sharing to collaborate.

I have not found anything that I dislike yet.

Helping to digitalize a flow chart to help implement in another program. Easy to share and collaborate on charts.
Great tool! Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Love how intuitive and easy to use it is. Also has a great suite of templates. You can also do a lot with the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - truly an incredible tool! Wish there were more templates available in the free version but you can still do quite a bit.

Helping us to visually map out process flows - so much better than purely written instructions!

Not knwoing what all the shapes mean, and sometimes my mouse click does not work.

Useful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid provides a useful tool for brainstorming, collaborating, and staying organized across goals, projects, and teams. It's very intuitive and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there's the feature to follow the presenter, it can be difficult to keep everyone focused on the same thing. When we present to teams, we get a lot of "where are we now" questions. It would be useful if there was a way to group or organize sections for presentation and more clearly highlight the spot to be looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has affiliates, and staff across affiliates all need to be informed and involved in collaborating. Lucid makes this possible by providing a space where we can all login to the same whiteboard and have clarity on what's going on with each other's work. It reduces the need for meetings and keeps us all informed and on the same page.
Good for team discussion and opinion posting
What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful for letting us know about the teammates view in a topic more precisely not only for getting a overview of a idea result but it will let us know how really people are into the game & their intrest by getting their view helps in team organising based on the goal we have

Obviously make it total free 😁 till now i am fine with what i am using

It helps me in getting review of ideas & for posting a really impactful move to let the team know how important it is
I like Lucid, but would be nice if there was a tutorial.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how we could use it for a virtual class/collaboration. Many of us were able to use at once and it was relatively easy to nagivate once we figured out how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to know what to do first to get everything to work properly. It woudl be benefial to have a tutorial for users to watch and learn about the program before using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed many of use to collaborate from miles apart. None of us were at the same location so it was nice to be able to see what others were doing and using in their classrooms.
Great collaborative product
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to add multiple users to sticky notes, whiteboards, and other projects. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to make sure everyone has an account to use the collaborative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having different notes apps.
A great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Lucid Visual collaboration suite is the ability to work with coworkers and create diagrams and other documents that help us reach our business goals. Collaboration has never been easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Studio is a great tool however the tool can be a bit expensive and might be too expensive to use by many members on a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming and working on technical documents has never been easier as we can work remotely on a document with all of the same perks as if we were together in the same room. The highlighted mouses and easy to use tool editing makes this a great benefit to me as a user!
