Very user friendly and interactive
What do you like best about the product?
I am very new to Lucid and went into the app with little to no training. It was very easy to understand once i got the hang of it. I appreciate how it goes live immediately after, allowing for potential clients to receive real life updates on their end.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only down side I have is that there is quite literally a button for every potential function, which causes it to be a bit sensitive. Other than that, its been pretty easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have live updates with corresponding links has been very beneficial for both business and the candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly seamless collaboration tool. I like that I can see the work that my colleagues are doing while also having easy permissions settings to make sure the work is being done by the correct parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues logging in, but once those were solved it's been a straightforward experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started a new role with a board remit and various tech stacks to learn. Lucid has helped me differentiate between the technologies utilized by different departments and see areas of overlap between them.

Some examples may be helpful, as well as better AI tool.

Helping visually see new process workflows for newer organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the interactivity when multiple users are viewing the same diagram. Picking up and getting started with a new chart seemed relatively easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial loading projects with multiple pages can take quite a while. Sometimes it seems to take minutes to load, which can be quite disruptive when we are in a collaborative session and we want to view a specific diagram and it takes time to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely, the interactively between multiple users in multiple locations has made virtual white boarding very easy and intuitive.
Easy to Use and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
This program makes it so easy to create process flow charts, especially for BA and Product Owner roles. They have defined objects which represent certain actions/processes and they remain uniform when using the templates.Even root-cause analysis is easily done with this software. I can’t believe I didn’t know about it sooner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the navigation and menu structure. It seems a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an opportunity to standardize the icons/shapes/symbols used to define processes. If these are easy to drag and drop, it is easy to form the flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ability to collaborate in real time on a shared visual canvas, which makes workshops, planning sessions, and process mapping much more efficient. The integration with tools like Google Drive and Jira also helps keep everything connected
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the wide range of features. Some team members also needed time to get used to the interface and navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps bring more structure and clarity to discussions by visualizing processes and ideas, which improves alignment across the team and speeds up decision-making.
Very intuitive workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very easy to use and learn. The interface is well thought out. Members with different levels of technology proficiency from our team were able to use it quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! There's always a few hiccups when you have many people working together in real time on one board, but that's just human error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us all work together in real time, from different places around the world.
My experience using Lucid to this point has been very good, the program is very easy to use.

The flexibility within the program and how user-friendly it is compared to other products has made using it a very enjoyable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I have some trouble fitting things into a space appropriately so it is visually appealing, but I'm sure I'll get better as I use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping myself and those at my company to break down complex processes into a visually friendly chart for dissemination across the company.
Software is great for creating flow charts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and I dont need to review training videos to get the fully functionality of the software. Its intuitive and easy to make changes to a complex diagram without having to change everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to share what you are working on with someone that does not have an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to create a mind map and customer journey flow. Most softwares you need to have the end view in mind and build it each step at a time but Lucid makes it easy and simple to add and remove steps at any time.
