It is great to use for colaboration Charts

Creating a vissuel org structure
Lucid is a great tool whether you are a beginner or a pro.
What do you like best about the product?
I think what impressed me the most is the training on the tool and the ability to learn exactly what you are seeking out to learn. The interface is easy to understand and follow. I have used other tools before and Lucid makes it an easy transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's always hard learning something new. Change isn't easy. Taking the time out of my busy schedule to learn Lucid is tough, but I know it will be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping us put our ideas and processes into a more visual diagram. This allows us to be organized in a clean, effective, and efficient way. Lucid has allowed us to be aligned as a group with little to no confusion on direction.

collaborative workspace allows all memebers in the project lifecycle to contribute

Well thought-out options, a well-functioning and good-looking interface are my favourite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to export my diagrams as code (like mermaid). I may not be the best user, so if this option exists, I'm sorry.

Excellent for explaining a system to others and making it easier to work with. It definitely saves time.

Clean and easy to navigate, it is easy to share on.

Arrows sometimes redirect on their own and it is hard to correct

It makes it simple to create diagrams for the team
Needed a flowchart….
What do you like best about the product?
The program was really easy to learn. I signed up and and had a detailed flowchart made in less than an hour. Downloading it and sharing with the team was extremely easy. It made getting a project approved such a straight and narrow path.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were just a few kinks that I couldn't quite figure out while designing my graph. One example was being able to manipulating the lines in the exact way I wanted. My solve was to just delete the existing line and create a new one from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job can be very bureaucratic sometimes and being able to give a visual aide of how my team will work efficiently is a great tool to speed up the process of getting projects underway and approved. It also helps my team once we are in the project work to streamline processes and work more efficiently.
Easy to create and share
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite simplifies the communication between team members or agencies and clients. It makes it easy to see at a glance a workflow or process as well as update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I would change at this point.

It clearly portrays the journey from the customer or the process (like an email workflow) takes from start to finish.

Still not sure what is the best way to follow for new features and what is the best way to use them, but this might be a problem with me, rather than the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing knowledge is very hard in a large company - making the creation of diagrams as easy as possbile is a great first step towards this.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple to use and learn. I was making a chart for a group project and sending my chart to the people in my group was much more simple than any other platform I had used previously. It was also much more simple to learn than some other tools that can be used for a similar purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use a regular gmail account, which is what many of my partners tried to use, was confusing at first but once we figured out to use our other email it was simple.

So much easier to collaborate online making charts and visuals using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
