Great for businesses bc its great for teams!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use functionality makes it easy for anyone to use. The ability to format (for example hierarchy diagrms) is much easier than other tools like in MS Powerpoint. This tools is great for teams because it allows team members to jot down their ideas and work through processes, not only asyncronously, but also without wasting a ton of paper.
There are a ton of features, but they are all accessible unlike other software applications. For example, the templates provided are helpful to get started and kickoff your thought process.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how accessible this software is for non-business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows me to jot down processes and work-strream mapping where ever I go without having to carry notebooks/paperwork with this information.
The tools available also help me get started and carries the same format throughout the process.

After 20 years of impared visio-n
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this for 2 weeks. Coming from Viso, Yed, and other mindmapping, and with very large groups of ppl, this look like a keeper. It is extended all the time. The way it integrates into other things, and how easy it is to collaborate, is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still discovering really. Eventually I may find something I don't like, but so far it is quite adept with my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact of having a single copy of the doc, and live update on the fly. It is perfect for working on teams and share info, instead of sending pdf exported stuff.
Paired on a design doc for how to implement a datapipeline
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to share ideas and communicate changes. It also made it easy to see why or how our pipeline was changing
What do you dislike about the product?
We wanted to have sub flow within the DAG we were creating - wasnt as straight forward to create a boxed subsection as it seemed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve how to design and architect different parts of our data pipeline
Handy for planning, mochups and ideas. Works like a drawing board for me
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most appreciated aspects of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its ease of use. It offers intuitive drag-and-drop functionality that allows users to quickly create flowcharts, diagrams, and wireframes. The shared infinite canvas is particularly useful for teams working remotely, making real-time collaboration smooth and efficient. The platform also integrates well with other tools, streamlining workflows and ensuring seamless teamwork
What do you dislike about the product?
One common drawback mentioned by users is the limited customization options available in the basic version of Lucid. Some advanced features or integrations are locked behind higher-tier subscriptions, which might make it costly for smaller teams or individual users. Additionally, occasional performance issues may arise when working with large and complex diagrams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me solve collecting and presenting large projects. I can easily past screenshots
A perfect tool for all diagraming need
What do you like best about the product?
I like its flexibility to add your icons and images to enrich existing available library of icons and its mind mapping feature called lucidspark and its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometines the icon library are not up to date with the latest changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to put on the screen the current as-is situation/process/solution with the clinet and provide design and communicate the solution visually with the client
Excellent for building flows
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build conversational flows. Searchable icons. Scalable flow diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is hard to re-center images as it is hard to find the flow you want to work on in a large flow diagram. A search option or a small map of the chart might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows collaboratively working on building, maintaining and updating conversational flow for our chatbots. There are more than 10 developers each working independently and updating the flow diagram simultaneously according to the changes. Another benefit of Lucid chart is that it is scalable because the conversational flow can get really huge.
Easy, fun and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I can't believe how easy it was to use Lucid Chart. It's really fun, it takes little time to master and I fully exploit all its features. Drawing datamodels and flowcharts became easy and I can share my charts with my colleagues, I can get their feedback and export it directly to MS Office. I used it daily for a week and it's complete and full of detailed options.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would improve of this Collaboration Suite is the list from which I can choose the different format. I'd appreciate a recommended session. Also, I tried using the AI-generated flowcharts but it doesn't really understands me. So far it's not drawing what I specifically ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my charts easy to export, clean, intuitive and fun. It also gives me a degree of customization that makes it professional but fun.
Excellent visual collaboration and diagraming tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to easily create technical and business digrams and share them with other people to improve collaboration & education.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high and there are some additional features that you need to pay for and that is a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create digrams of systems architecture, data flows and business processes to improve understanding, collaboration as well as architectural value.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I can not think of anything I dislike about it. pricing can be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have extensively used lucid charts for Architecture design and absolutely loved it. Graphs made with lucid are very neat and clean.
Intuitive process and workflow mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and modify process flows and diagrams through Lucid. The collaboration options also make it easy for my team to review, and if they make a change, I can look back at the version history (extremely helpful feature!!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I still prefer Miro for wireframing, but Lucid is much better for process flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Showing an end to end process - one of my roles on the project is to assure an intuitive user experience, and journey mapping helps me visualize any pain points for the rest of the team.
2. Providing the content design and desired user experience features for the developers responsible for delivering the end product.
