Great charting/ flow tool with a short learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and intuitive. For team members who don't know Figma but want something a little more built out than the Google slides charting or Visio, LucidChart is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The connector lines don't always match up and the integration into GoogleSlides and Confluence is not great. I wish I could edit my charts within those second places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring end-to-end customer flows make technical and experiential sense.
Greatly helps me in my day to day task as a Software engineer

easy to use software and clear graphs for clear visualizations
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling on the app could be better, i have issue getting to the correct point in my chart

The main problem it solves for me is help me understanmd the architechure and program flow of the software that i work on.
Has all the main features required, but nothing outstanding from competitors.

Elements are simple and intuitive to align. Customer support has been helpful.

Can't always find nice looking icons with default icon finder.

Intuitive multipurpose diagramming platform. Allows one place to do all my diagramming.
very to use tool for technical diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very accesible, I can be used from any web UI. The user experience is also very nice compared to other software like MS visio. Intiutive, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really until now. Maybe it can be enhaced with the use of Ai assiatant.

Lucid for designers
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, as a UX designer, the best thing that I like about Lucid is that its versatile and can be used at various stages of product design. The product hardly requires any training time and is easy to use adn can be integrated with many other products also.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the issue I've faced is when the diagram becomes huge, there are a certain performance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in collaborating with my fellow designers and brainstorm ideas at various phases of product designing.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop interface is a thing which i like and also multiple user can collaborate in real time for a same diagram, It aslo has pre build templates which makes easy to create a architecture diagram, Also it can integrates with different popular tools like google drive, etc. So these are the things which i liked most in lucid visual collaboration, I use this tool frequently to create architecture diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are working with no internet access then you cannot fully access lucid ( this can be a limitation ). It should have full offline mode

It allowing me and my team to collaborate in real time to make an architecture, lucid charts provides scalable pricing, Lucid integrates with popular tools like google drive, jira, etc. It simplifies the process of creating an architecture diagram with its pre-built templates drag and drop interface.
Lucid chart has changed the way I create business process flows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid charts easy to use graphical interface is a game changer. I have previously used Visio and I can surely say Lucidchart was very intuitive and easy to use. The software/solution has been well thought of and features like size matching, conditional formatting have been very helpful. It was very easy to implement and we were able to import in the charts that had been created on Visio previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Lucidchart had a native app for windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mapping our business processes and lucid chart is the priary tool where we are documenting these process flows.
Solid templates and guides
What do you like best about the product?
Best alternative to building visuals in a slide deck. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the option to paste elements separately after copy/paste to other destinations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've only used it for org chart planning, and for that, it works great. I've struggled with formatting a visual org chart flow easily in other tools.
Lucid is great for diagramming software or processes!

Easy to read and understand diagrams for complex systems and processes. Makes it easy to collaborate with engineers as a product manager.

It would be cool if there was an AI aspect to it.
