Easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it super easy to create clean, professional visuals. Whether it's flowcharts, mind maps or process diagrams, it's much convineant to use the drag and drop interface and the templates are suer helpful too. I also love the real time collaboration feature working with my team on diagrams is seamless and the integration with other tools make it easy to share and access documents from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex diagrams, it can sometimes feel a little slow or clunky especially working in complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of visualizing complex processes in a way that's easy to understand and share with others. This benefits me by speeding up decision making and ensuring everyone is on the same page during meetings or project discussions. The collaboration feature allows my team to make real-time updates, keeping everything aligned and reducing back-and-forths. It saves time and improve clarity in our projects.

All needed template, very easy to use, the ability to export as images and visio files.
Also how wasy it is to manage your documents and diagrams.

lack support of the RTL langauges such as Arabic language

When we are out of the office its hard to put together visualizations virtually, this program benefits us by solving that problem while also helping everyone to contribute.
There is also a problem of keeping all documentation together in one spot, Lucid helps with keeping different tabs on one project.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid's interface is really intuitive, with good integrations, hence pretty easy to add to workflows. Their incredible set of the pre-built templates are truly game-changing offering comprehensive and advanced real-time collaboration that is both secure and incredibly fast. Its ease of use alone will make sure that even an inexperienced user with diagramming tools will pick it up in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey for large teams. It also has some learning curves for users who have never used diagramming tools before, although its training resources go a long way in offsetting that challenge along with their perfect customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has really set quite a high bar for our whole operation with this really streamlined set of tools an organization could ever want or need. It intuitively shows complex processes in such a friendly manner that it actually evokes engagement, driving creativity in strategic discussions-a big plus, especially when teams have to operate from different locations.

Lucid helps get projects off the ground with its whiteboard. Love the ootb templates and range of icons to choose from. Very intuitive and easy to pick up.

An onscreen prompt for scrolling hotkeys would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucid for creating diagrams and flow charts easily and quickly. I am not an experienced user but getting started was incredibly easy and Lucid's support team was there every step of the way to help with any questions.

Nothing yet luckily - I am fully satisfied

One of the things I value most about Lucid is its effortless usability. You can create process maps quickly and without complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I’d love to see in Lucid is a built-in image editor or a tool that allows me to integrate and edit images directly within process maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we faced challenges due to several marketing department processes not being mapped. We launched a project to establish all processes, and with Lucid’s help, we successfully completed the mapping.

What do you like best about the product?
What impresses me the most with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how it's so intuitive, supported by features available on the platform which enable seamless working for my team. Integrations were smooth with our current toolsets and enhanced workflows without disadvantage. The strongest visualization of complex risk assessments makes it much clearer to communicate between departments. Customer support answers promptly and is very attentive to any request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid has just been full of features, I think, but some of those advanced uses were somewhat of a learning curve, and onboarding or tutorials really would have helped make much easier to take advantage of the tool out of the box. Generally speaking, integration is fine, but at times with some of these older systems, when sync issues arise, they do need to be changed over manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid works its way effectively into mitigation on most collaboration challenges in risk management and compliance processes. It provides a clear and immediate view on complex data to quickly and effectively identify the risks and their findings. It makes faster and more accurate decisions and prepares ahead of time to feel out potential problems in compliance. In all, Lucid has now formed a base for our strategy in effective risk management.
