na
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly easy to use, I like that I can select a new item from an older one and that there is a fair bit of auto-layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as visually pretty as I would like. I'd say that figma is better looking but for actual diagramming, I enjoy lucid. If it were an Ux/UI item that I need to create, I wouldn't use lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out decision trees for how our customers/partners may think about on their journey to one of our products.
Love Using Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily map out a flow/design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto generation with prompt really sucks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform that is easy to use to draw/plan/map out flows/thoughts/designs. My co-workers and I use it often to create system design, tables, and flow when we are planning out our features.
User Friendly and Manageable
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucid for my Organizational Charts. It is so easy and manageable for someone who is not super familiar with systems like this. It's simple to add blocks, change positions, add lines, and change how the lines run. I'm very impressed with the ease of the system. I also love that it integrates directly with Asana, making it easy to find the charts within a checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionaly the lines get so many "adjustment dots" on them that it's hard to manage anymore, and there doesn't appear to be a way to get rid of the excessive dots, so I have to delete and then start again, but overall, it's manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the struggle of making org charts. For a very reasonable cost, I have many tools at my fingertips that make doing org charts easy and professional.
Easy to use with a great depth of options
What do you like best about the product?
I have really appreciated how simple it is to drag and drop symbols for creating a flow chart and also how many options it provides you with based on whether you want to flow out business processes or create a detailed plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it has this and I haven't found it yet, but a way to attach comments to certain areas that can create a thread between other collaborators like google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to create flow charts to document accounting work flows with decision trees. Also for a road map showing a timeline for a cutover

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of lucids workflow is the intuitive nature that its setup as. It just works they way you would want it to work and thus the learning curve is very friendly. I find myself using it every time I need to make a deck.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the lack of in suite tutorials that can walk you through tools,

We have to show how a lot of disparate technologies and service offerings fit together, and do so in a way that non technology savy individuals can follow along.
Easy integration with Monday.com workspace
What do you like best about the product?
We needed an easy way to produce items like org charts, but did not want to add yet another login and password across the organization we'd then have to manage and ensure security with. Thankfully Lucid was easy to implement into existing Monday.com workflows and boom we were good to go without having that extra hassle. Customer Support even followed up to make sure we were OK which was a nice touch. It is now live and a daily referrenced item for onboarding new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike - we got exactly what we needed out of it and good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to make multiple org charts for our clients and the easy plugin to existing monday.com workflows served well.
