What do you like best about the product?
love how the canvas is infinite and there are multiple styles, customizations

quality of exports are not that high, if I take a screenshot the quality seems to be a little off

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, the most helpful feature of Lucid’s Visual Collaboration Suite the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid offers many powerful features, one of the least helpful aspects is the learning curve for first-time users, specifically for those unfamiliar with visual design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed me to quickly and effienctly create diagrams for business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is incredibly user friendly and intuitive to use. My team needed something quick and easy to create accurate floor plans for an event - LVCS was the perfect fit and now we are considering a subscription for our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the constant emails, phone calls, and attempts to connect on LinkedIN by LVCS employees. I didnt need or see value in a consultation and the constant badgering was truly a turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid's Team Spaces feature allows teams to have their own logins and ability to colloborate on projects while maintaining their own account. This benefited me greatly as I didnt have worry about a colleague messing with my files.

It is easy to use and a great alternative to Microsoft default solutions that are really bad, in my opinion.

The frontend could be improved a bit to make it more modern

Clear, easy to use and customise. Easy to share intra company

hard to zoom in/out, very small lettering, sometimes not as intuitive as a picture

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly went to search for templates that I use in my Program & Poetfolio Management. I am enjoying it as its helps me easily create visual representation of what I want to see and say.
Strong Tool, Could Use Shortcuts
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to build detailed workflows from my experience. Collaboration is seamless, and it's a very clean experience. The export selection to PDF in the right click was wonderful
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have shortcuts to help make the experience of adjusting fonts, boxes, alignment, etc a lot easier. It should be made more obvious that right-click dragging is better than using the bottom scroll bar. I struggled to find the shapes I needed so I had to copy and paste from other projects. A self updating search in the left hand toolbox, similar to Canva, would be great

Easy mapping of diagrams and workflows with multiple parties. Communicating processes to other team members, getting feedback quickly and effectively.
Highly recommend Lucid for process diagrams and org charts
What do you like best about the product?
I found the many templates very useful in getting started. I also loved the many shapes for process diagrams and how Luicid tells you what each shape represents. Lucid has many options to customize with colors, the types of connectors, conditional formatting, etc. I would highly recommend it because of the ease of use and opportunity to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to identify any downsides. I think Lucid is great!

Lucid helps me create process flow diagrams with much greater ease than I could in PowerPoint. It also helps me share my diagrams and receive feedback and collaborate with my team.

I love how intuitive and easy-to-use the interface is. It allows for seamless collaboration with my team, especially the real-time editing and commenting features, which are extremely helpful for brainstorming and visualizing complex processes. The variety of pre-built templates also saves a lot of time when starting new projects. Additionally, the integration with other tools like Google Drive and Slack makes it simple to keep everything in sync across platforms.

While Lucid is a powerful tool, I find that it can become sluggish when working on larger or more complex diagrams with multiple collaborators. The pricing can also be a bit steep for smaller teams or individuals, especially when advanced features are needed. Additionally, some integrations I rely on aren't as smooth as I'd like, and the mobile version lacks certain functionalities compared to the desktop version
