What do you like best about the product?
It rich with learning materials that makes setup a breeze and easy onboarding.It's bomb interface which is smooth and straightforward for quick grasp and start working.I love it for collaborative workspace that allows me and my team to work on visualization of our diagrams and processes.I like it for flexible templates which are super helpful for quick start by editing them to suit my project needs.Superb with AI diagramming for creating jaw-dropping visuals effortlessly.

Best-in-Class Diagramming and Seamless Integration with Other Systems
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic diagramming and seamless integration from other systems is the best part of Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've run into is the different layout versus previous visualization tools I've used. I haven't noticed any real downsides since using Lucid, and the layout is something I am quickly getting accustomed to (just different from what I've used in the past).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently building a flow chart to show the business processes my team engages in throughout the year. I work in a very niche industry where a lot of 'gray areas' can pop up, leading to complex explanations and long emails. The flow charts allow us to better convey our business processes to the rest of the company, hopefully creating a more fluid work environment and more clarity around what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of my favorite features about Lucid VCS are the intuitive workspace supporting drag and drop, extensive template and shape libraries, Smart line routing, and use of interactive links within diagrams to connect to external content which all make my flow charts drawings clear and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a lot of editing options and icons which make the screen look rather busy so I find myself taking some time to select the right element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping campaign flowcharts helps draw the sequence and coordination of our marketing activities illustrating content creation steps and showing the metrics collection points.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to create fantastic flowcharts to facilitate the organizing and understanding of roles, communications paths and responsibilities within the finance department. I can create diagrams and flowcharts from the simplest to the most complex and detailed, and in view of its great features I never chose to use any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for almost 3 years and I find it exceptional in diagramming with no issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been an excellent platform to preparing organizational charts that show who is responsible for approving expenses, accountable for reporting, and who is consulted on budgeting decisions to prevent role ambiguity.
Quite Straightforward to Create UML and Network Diagrams While Also Illustrating Interaction Paths
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a great diagram modeling tool with ready to use shapes and stencils that help tremendously to present excellent diagrams. Creating network diagrams has become very easy with Lucidchart and it even makes the diagrams stand out more when I use custom shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any negative aspect of Lucidchart that I can mention its been by far the best tool for any type of diagram, whether it’s a simple one or complex one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On daily basis Lucidchart helps visualize the layout of our IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS components in our cloud environment using the easy to create architecture diagrams mapping all dependencies and interactions.

It's a True protoge that helps to design and structure process mapping diagrams and workflows that live up to my expectactions.Awesome templates that i am able to customize to fit within my workflows.Rocks with visualization of concepts and systems designs in a way that everyone can understand.One of the cheapest with a free version that does a godd digramming job.AI has been of great helps to my creative and productivie process.

Creating visual project docs such as construction design diagrams and floor plans with LVCS (L.chart) is what I ❤️ most ‘bout this Suite.

No video feature, No problem - I embed videos via Loom integration.

Visual collaboration with architects and engineers.
Robust Built-in Icons and Lines that Enable Creation of Very Clear Data Flow Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty simple to use and I like the drag and drop feature and the templates are really useful as well to get started in creating data flow diagrams illustrating the connection between different activities and giving a clear visual of how data moves from one system to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to show a link between two different shapes, sometimes the arrow would do its own thing and link to somewhere random.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data flow diagrams map out how invoice data flows from our procurement systems to the general ledger using arrows and I have also created audit trail diagrams that maps transaction histories to support internal audits.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides multiple symbols and objects as built-ins which I utilize most when designing workflows. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a complete lifesaver in developing process charts really quickly and mapping data flow routes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much that I dislike about this platform, the features are very useful, no learning curve and its very fast in navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build charts to show relationships between our organization’s security systems especially the Compliance Mapping Diagrams helps draw connections that ensure every security control is traceable to a specific compliance requirement.
Simple and Powerful Platform with Many Stencils for Faster System Architecture Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
LVCS handles creation of complex multipage diagrams so well and it has an easy to use interface. The very easy ability to make flow charts, diagrams and anything related to process flow makes it great for anyone looking to do anything on that level.
What do you dislike about the product?
My advice is to use the guides to learn all the features if you want to effectively create the more complex workflows and process diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m glad to have used LVCS to create incident response workflow diagrams that easily maps the steps to handle security incidents ensuring proper escalation and team coordination in handling network threats.
