Makes Common & Complex Task Fast & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes producing common business charts and information-based graphics quick and easy. Instead of dealing with complex and expensive grahic design tools and building complicated charts from scratch, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides templates that allows you to complete the task in a fraction of the time, without frustration, and with a result that impresses management and peers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps my only dislike of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that there are so many templates and options that I don't think I'll ever get the opportunity to utilize them all. This tool is really a must-have in today;s business environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps our company build visual representations of our operational workflows so everyone can easily understand who is supposed to be doing what and when. It's also been used to provide multiple variations of an organzational chart that tells everyone who is responsible for what and streamlining our efforts.

The tools were easy to use and very intuitive. I used it a lot, very frequently.

It wasn't easy to get used to using it at first.

Lucid Visual helped the team communicate their ideas better, allowing drawings and real-time collaboration and editing.

As an architect / consultant I use it for sharing integration architectures, design of object models, relationships.
Lucid is an excellent tool to share these.

I like that is is very intuitive and has many options to choose from.

It is easy to get lost in all of the available options.

It is helping me to solve collaboration among my colleagues.

What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is it is user-friendly and make it easy to create, share and collaborate on projects.

One downside is that Lucid can feel limited for advanced customization such as complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid solves the issue of team collaboration and disjointed communication by providing a centralized platform. This helps streamline tasks, reduce confusion, and save time by keeping everything in one place.
I tested the free version of Lucida and it looks fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate my experience is limited as I did not pay to access the full set of tools and functionality but the one thing I appreciate of Lucida is how user friendly and intuitive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty limited (possibly due to the fact that I had not purchased the full pack) in terms of types of graph you can make. I ended up building mine from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a shared space to work on graphs and graphic summary/abstracts. Much more intuitive and easy to implement than classic graphic design software.
Seamless Use of Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I made use of the organizational chart template and it was really seamless. I was able to use the excel sheet to fill out the information, then upload directly.

Nothing comes to mind because the software had everything I needed.

It solves the problem of time consuming tasks. It's beneficial because the time it takes to draw tables and charts are reduced because Lucid helps to do it immediately.
Best way to create diagrams, charts and visuals!
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of tools, charts and icons. Creating a diagram could take only a few minutes.

There are a few tools that aren't needed or I had trouble with using.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the overall basic features, which are based on industry standards, Lucid goes further by adding innovative generative technology to make my life simpler and minimize the need to deal with technicalities. For SQL requests, for example, I only needed to provide an overview, and the application was able to generate a usable schema. The integration with my existing ecosystem was seamless, requiring no buffer to edit or transform my data for use. This functionality is something my team frequently uses to conduct experiments quickly and efficiently. We also used the collaborative whiteboard, which was easy to implement as it behaves exactly like our physical board. We had no need for customer support as the tool's documentation was more than sufficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of the templates and features could benefit from better structure to allow quicker access to what we need. It just takes some time to remember where everything is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client wanted a print out of our sql tables and entites, it was so complex that basic functionalities from other tools couldn't solve our need for readability. The tools provided by Lucid made that possible, between the generative functions and the other tools, the solution was achieved in a much quicker way than doing things manually.

I was always in need of a product which can used to build proces maps, customer journey maps, etc and also has a great user experience. Lucid is good at that. Great templates to start with and work off them.
