What do you like best about the product?
It has been the best I have found for org and flow charts. It helps me make things look goog and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel it is user friendly - ish. Getting started is really easy and simple charts work really well. It is when it gets more complex or larger charts. HOWEVER I really feel like this is user error - my teammates seem to be able to do incredible things with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating flow charts to show processes and having our org chart actually written down.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a great alternative to programs like Vizio. Works almost exactly the same. Easy to move things around, creates really solid looking documents that impress colleagues and clients alike. I use this too all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to see everything if you have a smaller monitor. Works great on larger screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complex processes at our company, and we need easy ways to display them to clients. Lucid chart helps me stay organized, and helps the client visualize our services. I even bring the client into the process map creation and make live edits to Lucid with them on the call. It makes collaboration really seamless.

I am impressed with how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has transformed our audit planning and risk assessment processes. The visual mapping tools make it easy to create clear, detailed representations of complex audit trails and risk areas across different departments.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has a drag and drop editor rather than coding which makes diagramming so simple and straightforward for anyone. It also provides a very user-friendly interface that is easy and lightweight to interact with making it easy to surf through the whole system. It provides a rich collection of shapes making it possible to create any kind of diagram that we need to. Another captivating feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the team collaboration space that makes it possible for our entire team to take part in our diagramming projects. It also has a well documented self support centre which makes it easy to find quick fixes to smaller challenges and also offers an opportunity to learn how we can make the best use of the available features. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite flowcharts allows us to plan effectively for our tasks and keep everyone aligned with what to do at what time. Lucid Visual is great, it has the best remote work functions, it is efficient and very secure, I feel very satisfied using it and I can't say anything bad about its services.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to understand and flexible to adapt to different ideas. Its diverse features have made it our mainstay for multiple departments outside of IT. Plus, it allows us to create different types of diagrams, flowcharts when implementating new processes, and diagrams of new web pages for content strategists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a huge benefit to out product management team and our customer operations team. Since I started using it has been very flexible and bug free. I have nothing to say about this platform.
