Perfect for daily usage
What do you like best about the product?
we are working remotely Lucid is really necessary for us it helps us collaborate from different locations for our projects. its super easy and efficient to use. It has great set of features you can share items just by using drag feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learnng curve is not difficult but it takes a bit of time to get to used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid works like a charm for us. Its a must have project management tool. we use it in integration with different google tools as well. We havent faced any major issues with this tool.
Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us connect with our team from anywhere. Its very simple easy to use and has great features which helps us manage our workflow. Its great for project management.

It gets a bit buggy sometimes which means the performance is impacted after long usage.

Its a pretty powerful project management tool. It has great features such as whiteboarding and virtual meetings. Its great if you are not working from office.
Standard solution for visual collaboration with team
What do you like best about the product?
They have the best User interface and user experience on their platform and also their healthy & secure infrastructure gives a very high optemestic solution for our virtual collaboration with team and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid user support and frequent use make them our effective part for our team management and also their ease implemetation and integration make the more useful platform for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid provide number of solution like Diagramming, mapping and whiteboards and also we can communicate with team and collaborate on any project wit very effective solutions. Their user interface make them more reliable for me and also I recoomend them with my friends and colleagues.
Essential and proportional platform for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is an unbeatable collaboration tool, it is a platform that proved to be the center of activities for my entire company and allowed many of our activities, projects and planning to be carried out. I loved the simple way in which I was able to organize projects together with several work teams in my company, I was able to control workflows, manage project support material, plan strategies. Lucid allowed me to enhance teamwork and participation in projects developed within our company, I loved the perfect experience I had in Lucid Visual, since I was able to correctly separate project information depending on each stage of the project, with diagrams and virtual whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reality was that we stopped using Lucid Visual because we notiecd that it was quite an expensive software, we used it for more than a year and we loved all the functions it offered us because it yielded very good results in the development of short, medium and long term projects. We consider the only negative point of this softawre to be the high prices it uses for its payment plans, because the platform behaves in an incredible way, it has too many good features for small businesses to be able to scale their projects quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience and the benefits I obtained were really noticeable in my real estate company, because we were able to scale projects that were previously very complicated for us to execute. With the help of this platform we were able to maintain consistent communication within several work teams, we were able to manage several projects simultaneously which allowed the exponential growth of our company. The Lucid Visual tool is incredible for improving project management and improving collaboration, communication was always intact during our project planning, which allowed us to establish perfect conversations with different work teams in our company. We thank Lucid Visual for the notable benefits obtained.
Complete and powerful platform, with which I can create diagrams very easily
What do you like best about the product?
I like using it because it comes with pre-made templates, it has a wide variety of shapes related to each field of knowledge. I like being able to use this platform to easily demonstrate workflows and ideas. I like that there are many different templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to mark an item that I commonly use. It can be expensive compared to other available applications. It can be difficult to re-adjust an existing diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the best tools to model requirements in a very clear way. It has many predefined categories that you can choose from. I mainly use it to draw flowcharts, the use of this software is essential in my daily work. It helps to provide a visual representation of what makes up our network.

The good thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite it's a cloud-based, that enables users to access diagrams from anywhere as long as they're connected to internet. It's also a great tool when it comes to collaboration and brainstorming ideas during meetings. We can assess and propose edits to all the flow charts in real time.

Complexity for new users. It took me some time to get used to it. Meanwhile I find the customer support so valuable and proactive.

Lucid Chart is a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming ideas into reality during meetings. It makes it easy to collaborate with teams in different time zones and from anywhere at any time. Overall, this has been great tool to visualize workflows, brainstorm ideas and planning projects/collaborate with my team members.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more advanced features on top of the reporting features. On the other side, Lucid does great at visualizing and planning—customizable templates, interactive dashboards—but if it had more granular reporting capabilities, that would really drive performance tracking and client-specific insights.
