Seamless and Interactive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's extensive library. OMG. I mean what a library. I can find icons, images, templates, pre-made styles etc.
Also, there are exercises for beginners which is a good thing to increase someone's confidence in starting.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support animations. I have seen diagrams where connecting lines are animated which gives quick visualization about the data flow and looks appealing as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that I have to search for help outside of the tool. I'd prefer boards not to open in a new tab and I'd prefer selecting a new template not to always create a new board.

Easy to Use Online Flow Chart Software
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use—dragging and dropping elements is a breeze, and the pre-built templates really save time. The real-time collaboration feature is a game-changer, allowing my team to work together smoothly, no matter where we are. Plus, it integrates perfectly with tools I already use, like Google Workspace and Slack, which makes adding diagrams to my workflow super simple. And the customization options are fantastic—I can tweak everything to fit exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is that while Lucidchart is pretty easy to use overall, getting the hang of some of the more advanced features can take a bit of time. It would be great if there were more AI-prompted themes or suggestions to make formatting even easier. But on the bright side, there are plenty of tutorials and support resources available to help out if you get stuck.

Great for mapping ideas

It's very useful for mapping out ideas and then returning to them when required. It's good how multiple people can work in the same document at the same time and that the changes are live. This is useful for team meetings.

LucidCharts is the best platform for creating workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and formatting workflows is unparalleled. Sharing and collaborating on a cloud platform makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning and spacing out diagram blocks is not as easy as other features. The shape formatting could be improved. I would like to be able to choose a shape format and transfer it to other blocks with a click. Also, it would be nice to set up a default format and size for all shapes, not just one at a time, and have those ready for the next blank workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use is creating and updating controlled documents to document the process and procedures.
