Unable to resize and download these images. When i download i should be able to download the size i see

Templates and Resources: Lucid offers a large library of templates and resources, which can help users get started quickly on their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users feel that Lucid's pricing is more geared towards larger organizations, making it less accessible for smaller teams or individuals who need only occasional use of advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This fosters clearer communication and alignment among team members, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. It’s particularly beneficial for remote or distributed teams.
Smooth experience with Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that we can get all the icons of the services we use in the flowchart with the images option. Expecially .png files. Also, Integration with Confluence, shows the chart visual without even opening it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble is that sending back and front to the objects. Ex. A big rectangle has the elements inside it then it's difficult to select the objects inside it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily outline the flows of data from one domain to another with the help of flowcharts. It's more effective visually then to write in excel.
Excellent addition to lucid chart
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect platform for visual collaboration. Lucid charts is already versatile and go to product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular for me. I am still exploring it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration while creating visuals for technical documentation is much easier. Previously we need to make some part of visual save the file and send to other Collaborators. Now it is much more convenient
Good tool diagramming

The features which it provides to draw diagrams to represent process at business flows.It offers integration with AI as well which fantastic experience.

There is nothing to dislike about this platform.

It allows me to draw better process flows .
Amazingly best collaborative design tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's packed with design tools that have significantly streamlined my development collaboration, making it faster and easier

Just somtimes I felt like the prices are high but that's bearable

Lucid makes the diagrammaing of the business flows much better than any other software does so that's the most effective tool yet
Excellent diagramming tool combined with Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that its too flexible to use and you dont need a special training to learn more of its features. Perosonally, its best tool I have experience for diagramming either be process flows or business flows, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its just that sometimes difficult to make it work out for free user who are actually learning to build something complex and it doesnt allow more component to be dragged and used with free version and is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to represent the business or process ideas most systematically and in a neat manner with proper representation. It also helps to win customers mind when they actually understand the concept which is being presented with help of this tool and benefits professionally.
Accelerating Development Efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid for the last 2 years, and it amazingly has lots of design tools that helped me perform my development collaboration faster and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I couldn't find anything which I disliked about Lucid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was very hard to create mapping and journey design and share them with teams so that they can collaborate but after using Lucid this becomes very easy and fast process.

One upsides are the ability to save different versions of your work.

Some icons are hard to move around on the screen

Lucid has helped with our visual representation of our Asset by allowing me more freedom to keep changes as I see.

I like the user friendly interface. The integration is very seamless .

The learning curve can be steep and some limited offline capabilities.
