What I really like about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its blend of user-friendliness and powerful features. The drag-and-drop interface and ready-to-use templates make it easy for anyone to create diagrams and flowcharts. Real-time collaboration allows teams to work together seamlessly, seeing changes instantly daily. The suite includes tools like Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale, all in one place, and integrates well with other platforms like Google Workspace and Slack.

Something that I do not like is the internet reliance, you need a good internet connection to use it, which can be a pain if you want to work offline.

love the UX very friendly and intuitive. This is the easiest tool I have used to make flowcharts.

I love that you can see multiple people working on a deliverable. Personally, I love it since I give trainings on how to make different diagrams.

Nothing really, even the suggested templates are really useful

While Lucid offers many templates that help kickstart our projects, some can be challenging to modify. A more intuitive template customisation option would greatly enhance the user experience, allowing teams to tailor diagrams and visual activities more precisely to their needs.

First Organisation Experience with LucidChart Enterprise license
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with other tools (especially Jira and Azure DevOps), sometimes can substitute documentation and have an up-to-date view easier to maintain than a confluence page. Awesome for presentations, I'm trying to become an expert on it instead of PowerPoint. Great support from Lucid team, especially for first steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI part is helpful but for now, I have only used it for testing. I couldn't get an almost-ready chart, so it will take the same amount of time to make some charts (I've tried to create flow using small descriptions to the most detailed ones).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having up-to-date documentation for all the data pipeline flow, with the possibility to move to other diagrams related to our work (even from different teams). Simplify all the meetings associated with Scrum/Agile methodology
Great application for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am normally use Lucid for creating the diagram, flow chart, etc. I can use with my team and it allows us to modify the content simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was MS Visio user, some features has not yet available on the Lucide. I hope you will bring those features to Lucid soonest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is an online platform for visual collaboration. It helps me to reduces the time to modify the diagram. We don't have to send the file over email for adjustment. We can discuss and adjust simultaneously.

What I dislike about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that some advanced features and templates are restricted to premium plans, which can be a limitation for users on the free version.

One thing that you guys can improve on is on how we can share multiple files all at once.

If we don't have the lucidChart, it will be hard to understand the flow of out website code.
Great Flowchart Application
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great flowchart software that is comparable to Visio. I like how easy it is to share your work with team members and can work on it simultaneously. It is very user friendly and I like the templates that help you get started with all the different elements of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to dive really deep into the software yet, but one thing that I use the most is being able to insert a shape in between other shapes that are really close to each other. It would be nice if it shifted the rest of the shapes to allow for this new shape to be inserted. There might be a way to set that up, and I just haven't figured it out yet, but that's my only issue with this sofware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truthfully, the only other FlowChart software that is any good is Visio and this is a great alternative to that product. I am used to using Visio and this was an easy transition and fairly easy to learn.
