Quick, Easy to Use, tons of Depth
What do you like best about the product?
It has been extremely easy to collaborate on process flows, and quick start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really was not much to dislike about the suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving an immediate need of process mapping and getting required documents for other implementations.

Horrible at searching, you cant search based on whats in the diagram.

Easy to diagram, can create a diagram very fast and easily with very high quality
Healthcare Lucidchart experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Chart and Spark quite often to engage my teams. I am an operations manager for a healthcare company and love the collaboration ability. Lucid Spark helps our teams stay engaged in KPI goals and initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more healthcare related templates and assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing processes and policies is my number one use for this program. it helps my teams understand the "Why" in a process which is vital for our organization to thrive.
An excellent online tool for collaborative diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is excellent, intuitive and snappy and never seems to hold me back from getting on with the task in hand. I use this tool on a daily basis and it offers a rich feature set that enable me to create professional diagrams for a wide variety of applications

Some of the tools could be improved to help me to work more efficiently, such as auto-numbering, default shape, guess next shape, anchor between layers

Easy and Convenient way to Create Charts and Graphs
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to create charts and graphs!

The types of graphs and charts are limited and you have to be creative sometimes.

It's an easier way to create charts and graphs than powerpoint and saves you time.
Simple, effective tool for PM's across all disciplines
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid after a supplier on a project I was leading used the solution to showcase testing timelines and plans. After a Board member indicated they liked the look & feel I decided to implement internally.
The templated visuals are aligned to project methodology and quick to pull together. This has reduced my time to develop project visuals and artefacts considerably.

What do you dislike about the product?
Further templates for AGILE and scrum ways of working would be highly useful to PM's like me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project timelines and artefacts that are simple and quick to put together yet impactful in their presentation.
Easy collaboration, good team building
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and our team has had a good time during our retrospectives talking about our goals, our pros, and our cons throughout the sprints. We've integrated it into our meetings and use it quite often.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't much that I do not like about Lucid, sometimes it may get crowded in retros but we manage!

It's not so much a problem but more of a team building thing we do where we talk about good things during our sprints, things that need working on, and future goals for the next sprint.
Clean, sophisticated and easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
The usability is simple and straight forward. The user experience is very easy with little to no learning curve. Modeling before Lucid was time consuming and the software wasn't quite made for modeling. Lucid really makes it easy for myself and others to visualize the concepts behind the technical language. I frequently use it as a Solution Architect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modeling database concepts and object models. It also helps with organizing and sprint planning.
Dream-like visioning
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a super handy diagramming tool that makes it a breeze to create professional-looking flowcharts, wireframes, and all sorts of visuals. It's got a user-friendly interface, tons of templates to choose from, and nifty features like real-time collaboration and version control, so you can work seamlessly with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, sometimes when I createa a custom color, it does not show up as an option for other blocks/shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows me to effectively convey complex decision logic and trees to my colleagues. I like having the ability to collaborate on the tool live.

It is really easy to make process flows. There is a simplicity that other solutions do not have.

Sometimes it is difficult to connect boxes. The arrow feature can be a bit wonky.

We are designing new processes at work. This helps us visualize and experiment with processes more effectively.
