It’s lot better than past tools used in my background
What do you like best about the product?
Features such as version control, color coding, ease to locate stuff, all adds up and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited support videos available to discover new options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with work collaboratively, ease of going to the previous version if needed.
Easy to use, great for visualising organisation charts for sales

Easy to build organisation charts without the hassle of overformatting being a burden on the user.

Perhaps some more guided instructions to assist the org chart building process (templatised) would be great

Mapping out my customer profiles with the number of people I am speaking with at each company, assisting in the sales process
Lucid chart is an easy to use and collaborate platform for workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to start using with no training, it is intuitive from the institutional access to creating flowcharts and collaborating in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The letter/shape size to screen ratio is small and makes it hard to visualize without having to zoom in. I wish there was a view that allowed you to see what you are creating in more details and a second view of the full flowchart zoomed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to assemble a complex flow chart
I love using Lucid for database development.
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the template option it provides for helping modelling database diagrams.
The in-built AI helps alot specifically for new users who have little knowledge on how to create ER diagram to show relationships between entities and field of a database diagram.
Lucidchart is a platform that has very realistic pricing features for both individual and team pricing options.
It has a well and beautiful UI that is user-friendly and easy to navigate through.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have not encountered that much of a problem that is worth addressing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Lucid for diagramming, specifically modeling database diagrams for outlining relationship to minimize redundancy and help in normalization.
Excellent Tool for Visual Collaboration and Graph Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience using Lucid Visual Collaboration Software for my work. I initially started with the free version to create a visual graph and was so impressed that I upgraded to the paid service.
Pros:
Ease of Use: The software is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. I was able to get up and running quickly without any extensive training.
Speed: The performance is impressive. I can create and edit visual graphs efficiently without any lag.
Variety of Options: There are plenty of options for graphics and icons, which allows for highly customized and professional-looking visuals.
Collaboration Features: The collaborative features are robust, making it easy to work with team members in real time.

While the free version is excellent, some advanced features are only available in the paid version, which might be a consideration for those on a tight budget.

Quick to use. I could create the right graphic quickly and with the off the shelf icons.
Rich toolkit to help stimulate ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extensive set of features available in the tools in the Suite. Not only does it support fast and agile collaboration, but learning about the tools stimulates new ideas for how to better engage people to help unlock ideas and get alignment. It's easy to spin up a board and capture information in a visual way which allows people to better connect. I particularly like the way the name of the person is captured on the sticky note automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too much that I dislike. If I get stuck with something I tend to use the feature find option. It would be nice to be able to play thinking music for some activities from the Lucidspark tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignment. Ideation. Especially with remote participants. Supports productivity and allows for information to be collected very quickly.
Best in class, but a long ways to go

* More robust offline capability would be nice
* It would be fantastic if there was a sort of "predictive diagramming" that can ease the tedium of individually dragging and dropping icons/setting up arrows, etc.
* Furthermore, it would be nice if we're able to define some diagrams in a config file
* I often take screenshots of a diagram and drop them into a slideshow to make complex architectures easier to digest, it would be nice if such a feature baked into Lucid
* If these features indeed exist, then you could do better at advertising them

Amazing way to perform whiteboards, agile and clean

Agile to move between panels, draw over different sections, laser points they are awesome

Quick Learning curve for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely visual tool that helps with thought mapping and product mapping. An extremely easy way to work collaboratively wiht colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve and the templates are good not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to think about product mapping and mind mapping of new ideas and proceses.
Easy to use diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid tool is easy to get into and use quickly, and has a lot of useful templates and standard shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arrows aren't always easy, sometimes when I click I get a new shape and sometimes I can draw the arrow, and it's not clear what I'm doing differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me show the connections between things visually, which helps my clients see where to focus.
