Ease of use in reviewing process workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a lot of experience in using it myself, mainly just in reviewing the workflows after being created. Seems very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have enough experience using Lucied to say what I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TBD
Easy to use visual charting with a few quirks.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to link flows within and outside of the current file. Makes for very clean and easy to follow activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The snap feature is nice, but it would be better if there was an alignment feature as well as a "small" move feature for unique visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business processes, material and information flows, communication flow: very clear with the visuals and love the linking capability, it helps in presentations
A must have tool if you're a Business Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best diagramming tool that I've used. Can collaborate with stakeholders, other BAs etc while diagraming. Lucid spark provides a good way to brain storm with other users, even people without a license and lucid chart is great for process mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. A few controls are a bit dfferent than other systems and takes some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I was using Visio which wasn't this user friendly or up to date as Lucid. But now it's better with Lucid, can collaborate with other users, even without licensing, can integrate links, docs, pictures directly from web etc. Also embedding workflows in sharepoint is a plus.
A single Tool replaces Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using lucidchart for couple of years as an architect drawing architecture diagram, process flows, erd. This new tool is a game changer as it allows to collaborate on a single platform with your teams and you don't need Miro anymore.
Now I don't need manage the diagrams at multiple places just for collaboration. User feedback and how easily you can view and action them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it just makes my day to day work so easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single tool for diqgraming with multiple connectors for shapes like Salesforce and AWS. I am able to share collaborate with my team members and work together. I brought a paid subscription for my personal use recently.
An immersive visual experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share ideas quickly. Having such an easily sharable document allows for seemless collaboration between several different people and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve among our team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide a visual map to our workflows. This has allowed us to identify inefficiencies and improvements that make our processes strongers
Great platform for Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, what drew me to Lucid was the ability to quickly build charts (specifically Organizational Charts), to help map out users within an organization. From there, I have also used it as a flow charts and diagrams.
I love how easy it is to quickly build, and then easily share with others to edit/view.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I was frustrated with was that I would have loved to have been able to import an Org Chart from ZoomInfo, but I wasn't able to do it successfully. I was able to import a CSV, but it didn't quite do what I wanted to. However, I understand this is a pretty small use case, and not a huge deal for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out the users across an organization to easily reference and share
Great for strategic planning
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how good it is for mind mapping and visualization of information! I have been ab le to come back to my creations as a please and they save automatically which is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the inserted lines can be a little awkward and a little difficult to maniulate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it difficult to think abuout strucutures without a visualization. Lucid charts lets me create multiple versions of what is in mym brain and then come to concusion of what is best based on each visualization.
Quite literally the best planning app.
What do you like best about the product?
To list a few things that i like the most about Lucid Visual would be. The intergration system; I use google drive for all of my work between me and my business partner and being able to edit from there and save to the system without any need for swapping tabs, sending new share links all of the time is amazing, we have a dedicated folder for all of our charts and it does really make it easy to use and collaborate together. The actual system itself is really easy to use and intuitive, i have used another app similar before but it only works for images. an unlimited chart space for all of my images AND all of the flowchart, brainstorming and planning tools is all i have ever really needed and Lucid provides them all. For the amount that i use this platform and for such a reasonable price i could not really ask for much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that i have with Lucid, all be it a small one is that the application is only avaliable for the larger price plan, i do not need this as it is only me and one other that work together, so being able to have a desktop or mobile app for individual users would be great, it would allow me to work on bits and pieces while i am out and about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid solves the issue that i have had with organised planning, along with the fleshing out of ideas. I have developed so many more in depth and thorough ideas and plans since i have joined, i started the free trial and decided on day one that i was going to start paying for the plan. It really has worked wonders with helping fully build detailed ideas and plans for my work.
Super Useful for Diagraming
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it super easy to layout chatbot workflows and communicate complex branched structures clearly. It has also be much better for collaboration then alternatives we have worked with in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a bit OCD, so I love when every box is the same size and formating is consistent. It is hard to do that in bulk today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chatbot flow diagraming and ERD diagrams
Great tool to visualise flows
What do you like best about the product?
- Very flexible sheet - chosing the position of the start point doesn't take any consideration as the sheet can be expanded in any direction
- very clean look
- great choice of icons

What do you dislike about the product?
I was a complete beginner- so I probably would have expected small things to be easier - like arrows defaulting to straight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To turn the convoluted thoughts and ideas into a structured 2-dimensional flow for all to understand and team members to contribute to
