Good product
What do you like best about the product?
great to see a process flow and where there are decision points, lots of features to enable complex charts
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrows are very sensitive and move around a lot when trying to position on the page

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link assets on the Lucid Chart to underlying data is fantastic. This allowed multiple people to contribute ideas. It also sped up the updating of ideas after review. I also appreciated the fact that
The ability to anchor timeline boxes on dates was very useful, it ensured other elements on the page could be properly aligned
I liked the fact I was able to publish and allow people to view and access the page. Adding comments for review.
I found that I used Lucid more as I was able to quickly access and update data, the speed of the page and responsiveness made it super easy to iterate ideas

What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more featuers to anchor data. I'd appreciate the ability to link date fields to backend data, that way if the date changed in the Google Sheet I was using the boxes on the page would also move.
More assistance on templates, I first tried to load templates and use those, but found they were more useful for learning then leveraging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to link back end data. The scope to have an open page that scales to the length of the task, versus being confined to a small space. Open-endedness of the platform.
Just bring your idea and the platform will help you to visualize it easily.
What do you like best about the product?
You just need the idea to start creating the board that you need. With multiple templates for almost all the possible cases, the platform is a time saver and works like a great hub with visual documentation for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial curve to start using the product and take advantage of multiple features isn't quite simple, especially when you need to spend time with the discovery process. At some point, the platform should be able to suggest ideas and features progressibly and not just with a classic tutorial at the beginning of the new idea. Once you understand where is the access for the most common features, the tool is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing ideas, schemes, flowmaps and any visual help required to work with several teams, nowadays. I didn't try wireframing yet but I will soon.
Dependable tool for digital white boarding and diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use, has lots of different shapes and connectors. There are a few templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels uninspiring to use compared to Canva or Figma. While one could argue features are similar, the other tools feel like they were built by and for creatives whereas Lucid is bland.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is helpful when doing a more complex group brainstorm. It has been used by our team to guide website mapping, discovery process, map workflows, and more. It's easy to use with little to no background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the settings automatically saved the way that you prefer. It can be hard to get it to visually reflect what you want, and it's tedious to have to change all the tiny elements individually because you didn't realize the arrow function was on a curve instead of straight.

It helps us take brainstorming off the whiteboard.

It eases the way engineers can plan and design the necessary work and deploy

I would have more designations strcutured in a way so that a customer does not refer you tube videos instead to search fir those options

We are building an infrastructure that can transform many communities in future and united states. So the networking side and the RF side is greatly benefited to draw network diagrams.
Good tool for generating diagrams

I like that it is web based but you can share the files with colleagues

No syntax verification for models which would be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to create quick process flows as well as detailed process flows. They look more professional than other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would change would be the scrolling it is hard to scroll up down and side to side so I always have to zoom super far out so I do not have to move up and down/side to side

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great, easy way to collaborate with coworkers. Understandable platform with key take aways and next steps for all. I use this product daily to make sure I'm not missing any action items. Anytime I've had an issues, it is easy to get customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that i've found in using so far. I have not had any issues.

Able to do white boarding and mind mapping in a virtual environment
