A dynamic board/canvas designed for the creation and organization of visual elements, promoting interactive engagement.

Sometimes it does not refresh quick enough after document is saved.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a big HR operations team, and I love how Lucid makes it easy for us us to keep data consistent and our processes standardized.
We are constantly sharing best practices and we can easil do that by collaborating in Lucidchart.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints so far, the system has been easy to use and I could find everything I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going through a huge system implementation and the processes (hire, amendments, terminations) are completely different than the previous system.
We are also transferring some processes cross-coutry, so Lucidchart has played a crucial role in helping all teams involved (HR, payroll, project managers, etc.) understand how the data flows.

Best Tool for Digramatical representation for your data
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything that this tool has to offer. It has everything I need

There nothing to dislike about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of a single.place for all the Digramatical representation of data and normal data in the form of tables and collaborating on projects is the highlight feature in my openion.
Great tool, but lacks customization
What do you like best about the product?
I have mostly only used Lucid's templates within their Visual Collaboration Suite rather than building new visuals from scratch. The templates are very beneficial and convenient. They save me a lot of time when I need to create a timeline or project plan, as all the shapes are mostly pre-populated and when I make changes to any specific task, they are automatically reflected on the visual timeline. It definitely streamlines my work. Lucis templates are very useful when we're brainstorming as a team, creating presentations, or organizing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid does offer many templates that just make my life easier, and have greatly improved my productivity, one thing that could be improved is customization. These templates are very powerful, and already provide a good foundation with pre-populated boxes and frameworks, but they lack flexibility. Some things can't be adjusted, like the font size or placement of certain text boxes or items, among other design elements. This limits what I can do with some of the visuals, like using them on presentations since the text is too small and not readable, and many times clients don't have access to the platform. I usually have to turn to other visualization tools, or even recreate them manually. If Lucid had 100% customizable templates, it would be on another level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me by reducing the time spent on creating visuals by offering a wide variety of templates. It takes out of the equation the tedious process of having to think about how to make a process flow, diagram, timeline, etc, visually appealing and organized. It helps me stay organized as well. Another big benefit is the collaboration aspect with my teammates and clients, which helps streamline this process and gives everyone visibility into the projects.

The ease of sharing my diagrams with my team. I use it daily. Lucid is incredibly easy to use and produces better charts and diagrams than any other solution I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to know how to setup templates for certain diagrams for our corporation so that he can have standard document types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to document an application migration from a legacy application to Salesforce. Lucid allows me to diagram all of the data flow and business scenarios.
Streamlined Collaboration and Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucid just recently and wonderered why I hadnt used it all this time. It stands out as a commendable solution for streamlined teamwork and efficient diagram creation. Its simple interface and range of icons helped the process of crafting diagrams and customized the diagrams to suit various project needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I havent come across a painpoint or a challenge yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Journey Mapping in a collaborative manner with well designed icons and templates, is the main benefit to me at this time. The team included 3 people working on the same doc at the same time, without any performance issues which helped the team work remotely and get the job done.
Very clear way to create visual representations
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Lucid is the ability to create comprehensive and detailed visuals of concepts related to my work. It's easy to create concept maps that I can use to share with my colleagues to help explain links between concepts. Further the charts are a great tool for research projects such as network analyses as you can detail relationships between actors very easy visually. It's also great to use for collaboration with colleagues on the project as multiple people can contribute and make edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site can be slow at times and for particularly large projects it can sometimes be difficult to see all of the aspects of a project that you are working on at one time. So there is slight lag in terms of functionality. It could also be easier to move around larger charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part of my work involves linking concepts together in a visual way. So LucidChart certainly helps with the ability to link concepts in a way that you cannot do so verbally and in writing. Further it is easy to show relationships between relevant actors when conducting a network analysis which helps facilitate data analysis. It also offers a way to present findings from that analysis.
It was a good experience, especially the ease in which multiple collaborators can easily work on.
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is very intuitive to use, and the fact that it takes cues from popular design tools like Figma, Canva, etc as well as some UI elements from Microsoft Office and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the final result may appear a bit hand-drawn and not so professional .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid design prototypes for any problem we are facing so that we have a starting point to discuss and brainstorm ideas. Ultimately it leads to a lot of adding and subtracting elements based on the collaboration that is exactly how it should be, instead of siloed work that is usually done.
Lucid chart is reflection of our thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I can pour my mind out, its very easy to create the entire process flow and the end user can understand it without fuss. So I recommend my collegues to make use of Lucid chart for their project presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not working during offline, other that that everthing is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing a complete process flow which stakeholders can easily understand.
