Great product, easy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a lot of really great templates that are really easy to apply to my work. It is not a difficult platform to ue and I like the integrations with MS Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that there are a lot of tools, but it is easy to adapt to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to use diagraming tool. The collaboration is nice especially because you can have living diagrams of systems and if a new piece is built then you can have someone else add it to the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes cropping to the right view can be tricky, but honestly not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to visualize architecture so that understanding the system as a whole is easier.

I like the variety of templates that Lucid provides, also the agility of editing those templates

The product can be a little wonky at times

Lucid is a good supplemental tool to things like Visio and Canva for those who don't have those skills.

as of now i havn't founs any such issues while working on LUCID
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally used LUCID to develop all our data pipelines high level design which eventully we put in conflusence for wide team visibility.

Ease of use, ease of integration, ability to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting multiple tiles at once can be difficult.

Being able to display our org chart to our organization.
Perfect for building out a process for training!

It is awesome that you can create an awesome flow chart and share it with your colleages to review/edit before you finalize it.

I am not a huge fan of the auto zoom feature.

It allows is to give a step by step process to employees to add to their SOP.
Great interface and easy usability
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a very easy to use interface, which has meant that collaboration with other team members have been able to input feedback easily when mapping out processes.
I've not had to reach out to customer support, but the docs that I've read to start off with have been excellent for getting up and running.
I've enjoyed using a number of features, including flow charts and process maps to help us see where there are gaps in our marketing ops.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing particularly bad - I did cancel the paid plan as once we've done our initial mapping we wouldn't be using it regularly enough, but there may be a case for a wider company account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helped to clarify where we were going wrong in our processes, especially in the case of how we were maybe overcomplicating things. It helped me see where we could simplify operations in relation to our CRM especially, as you can go down some serious rabbit holes when trying to figure out a route.
