Empowers Teams with Interactive Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is quick and easy to use. I recently had an opportunity to use it, and I literally created the Lucidchart framing in fifteen or twenty minutes right before a meeting, which turned out to be hugely successful. I think it's good for client workshops, and it works very similarly to Mural. By setting up the right framing and using human-centered design techniques, it can create a collaborative experience where we can efficiently gather the best ideas and think expansively as a group. The tool allows everyone to express themselves, sharing their ideas at the same time and helping us compare thoughts, accelerating our teamwork. I also like the smooth initial setup, where I just asked my IT for an account and was instantly able to create new Lucid Charts and share them with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its navigation. It feels cumbersome to zoom in, zoom out, move around on the screen. I figured out how to do it. It works, but it still does not feel natural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes work more interactive, gives everyone a voice, accelerates our team collaboration, and lets us quickly express and compare ideas.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: A Great And Robust Tool For Quick And Beautiful Flowcharts.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map out all of the flows for each of different departments in the company in order to have a more effective onboarding and training process for all new employees. Secondly, I like how it allows for a very simple track record for who is responsible for what and where we can improve. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a dynamic tool for creating complex workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major actually, but maybe a better how-to for new users on best practices for creating flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite works so well. It helps us to create flowcharts for each department, so everyone has a concrete foundation for what they are supposed to do and when. Another advantage is that brainstorming with multiple collaborators is impressively simple and visually appealing.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual dashboards allocated by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to effectively track web design performance with KPIs and metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the only one time that I was logged out from my iOS apps without a notice , I’ve never had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capacity planning and web design performance tracking.
Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at Breeze with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to map out project timelines, milestones and dependencies with Lucidchart Gantt charts and mind maps has been my fav aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since 2024 as CSA in my current organization, I have never had any challenge with either L.Chart nor L.Spark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the tool of choice for all logical and conceptual data modeling performed for various data architecture evaluations. Also, we use it to make flowcharts to explain the process we will build for our customers, showing the different steps and including restrictions and settings. This gives both the customer and us a clear picture of the flow that is created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not always intuitive and the org chart functionality has limited flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easy to create different types of flowcharts, and It is super easy to connect the different steps within the flow. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fast and easy to use, and all the options are there with detailed explanations for each specific tool. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped me with group collaboration and brainstorming.
User-Friendly with Diagram-Centric Focus
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's more focused on diagramming than other design tools, which I appreciate. I find it easier to use than other tools like Lido or FigJam. The initial setup was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not as customizable, which can be an issue when you need to match your other styling. Sometimes, you need it to match your branding, like using a branding kit or selecting and suggesting color palettes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easier to use than Lido or FigJam.

Simple and easy to use. Can share and export simply.

There’s a learning curve, and it may not be a good fit for some people.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating flowcharts, mapping processes, and visualizing complex workflows in real time with my team. It helps save time since I don't need to build diagrams from scratch. I appreciate that I can connect it with other tools like Jira and Google Workspace. The platform is user-friendly, with the ability to drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good, but the page render is slow and laggy if the diagram is large. One minor issue is configuring team permissions; I need to go through documentation.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowcharts and visualize workflows in real-time, eliminating scattered ideas and miscommunication. It saves time with its pre-built diagram tools, and integrates well with Jira and Google Workspace.

Property layout planning with Lucidchart diagrams is among the great aspects of LVCS.

Versatile, User-Friendly, with Minor Printing Flaws
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ease of use and the ability to create exactly what I want. It's great for organizing across multiple partners and drawing complex setups for broadcasts. I appreciate the wide array of options available and how I can set comments to specific parts of my diagrams to add context. The initial setup was straightforward as I was able to update my account for a paid monthly plan and start designing right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
When highlighting a diagram for PDF or printing, I couldn't get a bounding box further around it so it wasn't cut off when printing. It would be helpful to have some margins for printing.
