Lucid has many tools that offer highly detailed, and asethetic visual products.

As user friendly as Lucid is, sometimes more specific instructions or guides on how to utilize each tool more comprehensively would be useful!

Lucid is helping me and the organization to solve several work flow and patient flow issues. This is benefiical for us, as we can create thorough and detailed work flows for staff and patient processes that help us run more efficiently.

Ease of use during visual communication sessions - discussing and drawing easily during a lot of presentations. Accessibility is great - no issues so far, as well as awesome integratability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting may sometimes be a little uneasy but once you get the hang out of it, it's okay.

Visual communication and thinking things through in an interactive manner help me to help my clients and perfectly understand status quo as well as pain points.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its intuitive interface and seamless integration of various tools, making teamwork feel effortless and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
expanding the range of templates or adding more customization options might further enhance the platform's flexibility. Despite these minor points, I appreciate the suite's overall functionality and the positive impact it has on collaborative work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The suite's interactive features enable effective brainstorming sessions, allowing us to generate and visualize ideas collaboratively.
Particularly useful for remote or distributed teams, Lucid supports collaborative work regardless of geographical locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and readable settings, such as changing arrows apperance. Also sharing option is great + repository of diagrams is really useful. With help of templates, it's easy to implement i.e. logical models or ERD.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to choose whether I want to upload new Excel file (to replace all datasets) or whether new datasets should be created with (1) at the end. Currently, when I work on multiple datasets I have to update each one individually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does act as a solution for storing our logical and physical models that we have prepare. With share feature, people in the organisation has an easy access and can also contribute to work we do

Easy to use and very interactive

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is the first tool of this kind that I've used. So far it's very easy to navigate and figure out what I need to do. The initial recorded training sessions were super helpful. Between those and a couple sessions with my coworkers who have used it for a while now, I was able to dive right in. It's a very sleek looking platform to use to collaborate with coworkers/clients. It's way more fun for guests to use to participate in a session than just a verbal conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't know of any downsides. One detail that I keep fighting with is right clicking to move the board around on the screen. That seems so counter-intuitive to me and I always left click first then remember it's right click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all work remotely so Lucid give us a chance to toss out ideas and brainstorm/diagram as if we were sitting around a conference table. When presenting to a client and sharing with them as a guest, the hands-on approach makes them feel more engaged in the process.

Great for visual display during team discussion

  • February 13, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly, I really enjoy how easy it is to use. I've used it for smaller flow charts, for really large more complicated flow charts, and it's accommodating to both.
I've really enjoyed the collaboration aspect of it as well, multiple people can be in there viewing at the same time, we can modify or update things in real time.
I think this is especially useful for a view point during discussions; it's much easier to get through topics and agenda when teams have a visual to start with and to see the big picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I enjoy the variety of shapes offered, sometimes it feels like it doesn't fit my specific needs to a project, but I eventually adapt the shapes to fit my needs even if my needs don't exactly align with the "description use" of the shape itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the team to see the bigger picture of an entire process and how one particular part may be a large portion of the process but is still a subset of the entire thing. It's beneficial in that collaborators can come in (if it's shared) and adjust as necessary and discuss with the team.

Very simple, very handy

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to quickly visualize process flows, tweak those flows, and then share them with the broader team for input and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little daunting learning to create visually accurate and simple process flows. There are rules of engagement and faux paux that occur when designing flows. Fortunately Lucid helps set some guard rails so I don't look like a complete newb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mapping out the entirety of our customer journey and all of the split paths it takes while in the sales cycle, implementation, and renewal. It helps me visually understand branches in the journey and where they diverge and then merge again.
