Lucid Chart for Ops!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and collaborate cross-functionally. We have a lot of moving parts between teams and Lucid Chart makes it easy to be efficient. We use it frequently to document our processes and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't experienced any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of legal documents and approvals between systems as we integrate a new CLM.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is intuitive for users and delivers a create end product. Lucid gives you guides and templates to start projects which streamlines efficiency for busy teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
More export options or larger file exports would be helpful. Often times we want to insert an image from Lucid and the file needs to be larger to fit slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid creates collaborative visualization of organizational processes. The ability to flow chart while on calls ensures there is no miscommunication between what the client is saying and how you interpret it.
Layout Looks Great
What do you like best about the product?
The Layout looks great. It very easy to operate and draw anything . I using this to provide the trainings to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
As i am using this to creating flowchart and Diagrams. Eveything looks good for me, not much to highlight.

It's easy to use, layout looks good, easy to describe to anyone, We can start where we left.

Visually appealing and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tabs option the most because everything can be organised better is tab, with having so many boards. Also, the design is amazing because it looks like textbook. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
We swthced from Miro and some items were not migrated - so there had to be manual changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Draw graphs and proceses, data diagram and flows, also lika a mind-map.
Great tool and great value
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use - shapes auto connect, making it very simple to create flowcharts and other visuals. I also like the puzzle-locking feature to make sure everything is organized in a straight line where needed

Not a huge fan of the grid background, but print quality is great and removes the grid automatically

What do you like best about the product?
The components are specific for example swim lane, I don't need to add manually, I just need to increase the swimlane number and Lucid does automatically increase the swimlane in the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I scroll the mouse up/down, the zoom in/out is happening. I just want to scroll down or up, that makes me disappointed.

Excellent platform to create diagram, shape and presentation slide
What do you like best about the product?
Easy digital whiteboard that help to collaborate and share ideas for brainstroming session. It contain chat tools to help participant to engage and joining the discussion. Integration with GitBook help me to instantly embedding the process flow or business process to display over the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a very good platform that work as a digital whiteboard for our meeting and discussion session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating business process or a diagram chart is easy and very interactive. The canvas will update in real-time for any edit or changes that the board owner is making.
