i think the downside of the apps is the license authorisation

Simple UI. It was easy to catch up with all the options

The level of collaboration possible with Lucid Suite and shape search/generation tool are what I like the most.

It would be better to be able to change colors for the custom search selected through search option.

Rapid diagram development to better communicate workflows of different software development projects faciliating better collaboration between internal offshore teams

The fluidity of being able to add, remove and move the different aspects withint a chart or map.

It's a lot of information and options up front. It was intimidating.

I have no problems at this time. It just took me a while to figure out the features.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its simplicity. So many platforms are really difficult to use and thus become very difficult to implement at the organization level. Because it is easy to grasp, this makes it much easier to use on frequent basis which then allows us to gain proficiency with all of the features the platform has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really very little. I suppose the overall aesthetic of the suite could be improved a bit but overall, it's such a solid tool that it doesn't even matter!

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is allowing us to complete process mapping and journey mapping.

Anyone can modify at the same time so, it is easy to keep track.

The scrolling button option is not good.

Ease of Use, Availability of shapes and tools. Ability to have non Lucid users make edits.

It might be nice to have a version tracker for changes?

Easy place to document and share processes. Helpful in facilitating requirements sessions to keep everone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use if very helpful. Using the suite makes communication very easy and helps sort information and display processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more customization with how you want to display information. I wish there was an autosnap to the middle of a bubble because if I make a bubble and drag it to an arrow it is difficult to line up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of displaying processes helps us see the details and what then can be fixed. I really like the decision bubble because there are many yes/no steps in processes.

It's not possible to share with viewers who don't have a Lucid account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps my team put all our ideas together on a collaborate mind mapping board. We also able to create wireframes for a lot of digital projects, visual journey mapping for our various (several) audiences. The boards help us better articulate our ideas to stakeholders.
It is a good one.

Not very user friendly, sometimes things get tough.

It really helps me in making proper flowcharts that helps in proper planning.
