Great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Allow live updates with multiple users, and show what other users are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to do revision control. While multiple users can edit the diagrams at the same time, it is hard to track who modified what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucid chart for Model Based system engineering diagrams.
The new standard for process modeling
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid toolkit is an incredibly designed product. The software itself is very user friendly and has demonstrated a strong understanding of its users and their needs. The user interface is straightforward and multipe users can operate concurrently in the same file, and the performance of the software remains consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful to have an offline version similar to Visio, that could be used when working offline or when there are poor connections (flight, lack of available network).
As a product manager, I would love to have increased integration with Figma such that I could share process workflows and diagrams with by designers and UX, and they could more easily use that as a foundation for their design work allowing for enhanced collaboration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a superior product and user experience to Visio and allows concurrent use and sharing with ease, offering a superior solution when doing process mapping, documentation, sharing, and obtaining approval and alignment. This enhances collaboration and documentation.

I like the integration with the google drive and being able to share with other memebers in realtime.

So far, nothing that I dislike about the product.

Relatively Intuitive and Feature Rich for Diagramming and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
If you've ever used another diagramming/collaboration application like Miro, you'll be able to pick up Lucid. There are a lot of different options and tools to create something that will likely help you communicate or facilitate a virtual workshop, or illustrate a point.
I didn't provision my own license, but setting up my account was very quick and easy, and I could begin using my license right away.
It has become my preferred whiteboarding/collaboration application (I also use Aha!, Microsoft Whiteboard and diagram.net, all of which have limitations that made Lucid the more appealing option). I use it weekly, whether to facilitate my own workshops/ideation sessions, or to collaborate with others.

My only negative interaction with it was using a template. I attempted to modify the dates on a timeline view and couldn't. When I contacted support, they told me I had to create a new version of the component, which strikes me as defeating the purpose of a template (which, in my mind, should position the user to succeed in using it right away).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The teams I work with are remote and require a tool to allow everyone to contribute to the conversation. The tool allows us to create and discuss visuals for diagrams, brainstorm, prioritize, and generally collaborate on a specific question or task.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Lucid is that allows me to create visuals for all types. I use Vision for more then a decade. but Lucid give more options. Since I work as Business Analyst and PM and sometimes I do UI/UX design, all of this is possible. I use it for personal projects too.
Another to me, important fetaure is collaboration with other people on the team. Also, not less important is import from other formats.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we all complain about the price, but since I use it for business I do not mind the cost. However, some more pricing options I would like for sure for less frequent users, etc.
I like templates, but for any category there are too many options. Please consider sub/categories of Project Management for example.

I work with remote team and we need to review visuals together and have a single place where we keep the original file. So Lucid is a place where we keep all these documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration, the multiple capabiblites and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like some of the fonts and how the mainstream fonts are not licensed. It is difficult when you are integrating charts and processes into another presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to create charts and pull different data into the charts for different audiences and purposes.
Still the best but with limitations on mobile.
What do you like best about the product?
The first point of attraction for me with Lucidchart, is that it allows me create process diagrams jointly with multiple members of my department, from their respective locations. This has made it seamless to work on shared visions with my teammates and visualize complex ideas/ processes faster.
With its recent introduction of a generative AI ( artificial intelligence ) plugin, we have more ideas to work with when designing process maps and diagrams, and we are simply completing them faster and more efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited performance on mobile app. In fact, if the browser version of Lucidchart were to perform like the mobile app version, I wouldn't even be using the product.

Lucidchart is the tool we solely rely on , with which we illustrate our operational ideas and workflows through visual diagrams.
Using visual diagrams created with Lucidchart to explain our operational processes, has led to members of my team, having a better grasp of team operations and strategy.

Using Lucid for designing and visualizing architecture diagrams is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and implementation of all the different elements in Lucid helps me make my designs very quickly. Editable designs which allow quick changes to even complex designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find grouping doesn't work amazingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me understand and convey my ideas with regards to functional architecture diagrams.
A solid utility for a flow chart queen
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. I find it to be less cantankerous than other flow chart solutions. It's easy to edit existing flowcharts, which is something I have majorly struggled with in the past with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used similar tools that had a more modern feel to them. It did take me a bit to get the hang of it, which could have possibly been improved with more in app walkthroughs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy using Lucid to document processes and share with others in the org. I much prefer the visuals from Lucid as compared to a giant Google Doc. I also enjoy using it for mind mapping and customer journey mapping.
