What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi-chart collaboration as well as the free training options that make it easy for new hires to learn the basics of diagramming straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there is not a lot. I would like some more variability in the colors I can use,

Great tool for sharing and collaborating on ideas in an interactive manner
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is collaboration and Lucid does it really great. It's really easy to invite other teammates and simultanously go through and modify various charts. The addition of various states allow to see at what stage a certain document is. Having ability to have multiple pages on same diagram is also really useful, since it allows to portray various stages or pieces of same system within same diagram. Besides that, Lucid includes a ton of different shapes from all sorts of platforms, like AWS, which makes diagrams way more intuitive.
The tool quickly becomes essential and used extensively for working on complex ideas, but also just as useful for even the smallest charts. It also easily integrates with a lot of other common collaboration tools, like Atlassian tools, which is really useful too.

What do you dislike about the product?
The load times can be a struggle, it can take a while to load a diagram, which takes away from the otherwise smooth experience. Long load times means that if there is a need to quickly load up a document just to verify something, it impacts productivity as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaboration on ideas and design of various complex systems, both in asynchronous manner, but also in a real-time manner. It really helps in getting ideas across that everyone can understand faster.
It's one of the best process describing tools I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy about Lucid Visual Collaboraion Suite (LVCS) the fact that there are so many customisable options that alows you to create a very professional looking diagram of any process/architecture/etc. I love that there are professional icons that i can use that match the systems we use, therefore, allowing the consumers of the diagram/flowchart/etc to easily understand what they're looking at.
It's also very easy to use and integrate into the workflow. Given that we are currently in the process of describing all our processes, it is being used daily and we are able to easily collaborate on the outcome.
The help function is also very well integrated and you hardly ever need to go to Google or Customer support in order to figure out what to do next.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many downsides to LVCS. Maybe the learning curve, but if you love the customizability, you'll most definintely click on all the options to create a diagram that matches the branding style of your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us create a visual side to all our process, which we then use to find areas of improvement. On top of it, it allows us to not have PDFs or documents floating around in E-mails and everyone always looks and contributes on the most updated document(s).
Amazing Collaborative Tool for the Entire Team.
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best collborative tool, so far Ihave see, so easy and quick to use, and collabortation is feels like pience of cake. Non-IT people would always find it easy to undertand and digest the iniformation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its gets overwhleming, with the amount of workbook and the data we can insert
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really helping us to map the pain point of the customer journey, for ex - we are identifying how best we can provide the data to the authors, and this we are trying to see via lucid, and it has been great insight to map the entires end to end process.
Very simple to use diagramming tool for day-to-day operations
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, what comes to mind is how easy it is to use. The overall UI and UX are reminiscent of any other text editor, providing a quick way to dive into work and promptly create new diagrams.
Additionally, this tool proves handy when there's a requirement to collaborate on the same diagram with others simultaneously, particularly in scenarios such as System Design interviews where interviewees need to showcase their software architecture skills.
Lastly, the tool boasts a wide array of integrations. It is truly beneficial when a tool is easily integrable and can be seamlessly used across different platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the primary drawback from my perspective is the cost of the tool. There are specific tools available for free that provide all the necessary features for creating diagrams. Additionally, at times, this tool feels a bit sluggish, with small diagrams taking quite some time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely helps me to be efficient in diagramming our software architecture. Also, the real-time collaborative mode greatly helps when dealing with interviews.
Great design thinking and CX tool
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate with Teams as advertised

What do you like best about the product?
That I can share with my colleagues for easy collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked about the visual collaboration suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To help with creating a flow chart that will organize risk response information for the center I work at.
Awesome tool for planning and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and logical program. If I require something drawn, Lucid has the feature right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Color selection could be more vivid. The box to box arrow may have more options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid perfectly address brainstorming and presentation of projects to teammates
Quick to learn, easy to manipulate/edit multiple items at once.
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, I love how easy it is to edit or manipulate multiple items at once. If I need to add a step in my diagram flow, it's easy to create room. Editing the chart in real-time with collaborators, was much more helpful than I reazlied. When I first signed up, a rep from Lucid had a zoom call with me to make sure I knew how to use the features best for my particular needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many shapes/lines, etc without an explanation for what they're best used for, etc. I am a new user, I watched a few newbie videos on youtube and the Lucid website. I could have really used a basic how-to flowchart tutorial. Not just the tool, but a quick run-down of flowcharting basic do's and don'ts. Many have never used these tools before, and it would save us a lot of time and help us get down to business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick editing.
Lucid is a collaboration must have!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it provides such a comprehensive tool for collaboration. It updates in real-time, you can see where people are working on the board, it's completely customizable. So many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, however, there is a bit of a learning curve. I was asked to use it during a meeting and there was a lot of trial and error to figure out how to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote team, it allows us all to work in the same space in real time. The customization allows us to organize our information however we need it to be. Also, the commenting feature is nice because it allows for all ideas to be heard.
